So Helpful
We are staying near Grantham on holiday. Popped into town for a supermarket & spotted the Clarks shop. The lady who looked after my 87 year old Mum's shoe needs was so helpful; nothing was too much trouble. Mum knows what she likes & what she doesn't! So, amazing that we came away with 2 pairs of shoes for her. Both members of staff were very friendly. Thank you ladies. 😊😊

Excellent Customer Service
Helen, Claire and Wendy were knowledgeable, whilst picking up a pair of shoes. They checked the fit from the online order and left me really happy with my purchase. 10 out of 10. I will buy directly from them in future!

Claire bent over backwards to support me with a return from another store. I buy all my kids shoes here in bulk, exceptional customer service. Would recommend shopping local and visiting this Clarks
