Thank you to the metro centre branch for sorting a faulty return, Emily was very helpful and my daughter walked away very happy in her new shoes!

Best customer service we have had.
We went in with our disabled son into Clarks Metrocentre. Lauren was very accommodating and went out of her way to find the perfect pair. Our son is in a wheelchair and wears AFOs so needs wide shoes. Lauren brought many styles to try and was determined for us to not go home empty handed as we told her about how no other store has went the lengths she has went. We left with 2 perfect pairs. We hope Clarks read this and reward this amazing customer service. We will be back

Colleagues extremely helpful in store when collecting my order for my little one’s first shoes following a fitting with them a few days earlier. (Unfortunately the size required was not available in store).
Colleagues more than happy to check the fitting when they did arrive to ensure they fit properly. Great service for an important milestone, thank you.

Lovely experience tonight when our school shoes failed us. Kelly and Lauren made sure that we were sorted and happy with replacements. The store was so tidy and inviting and all staff were super friendly offering advice.

Riley was very helpful and thorough. She was very friendly with our daughter. There was no pressure to buy anything or upsell, she just helped us to get the best fit! Perfect!

I would just like to say how fantastic our experience at Metrocentre Clarks was today. My daughter is 12 and we’ve bought school shoes for a long time at this time of year. From Layla who checked us in, Aaron who served us and Ayuniy who was shouting numbers to keep the show running. Great work team!

Excellent service today - Elizabeth was wonderful with my children and even though the store was busy nothing was too much trouble. She was very thorough and made sure the children were comfortable throughout the process - we left the store with our new school year shoes happy customers

Despite it being extremely busy today, we were served by super smiley staff where nothing was too much bother. Taz, at Metrocentre Clarks, went out of her way to make sure that she got exactly what we were looking for. We left happy (and considering it is the school holidays, that is some achievement!). Thanks for a great shopping experience!

Rachel was really helpful. I needed a wide fitting and she was so pleasant and got me several pairs of shoes to try on.

My daughter got some trainers for her birthday but they were a bit tight. They were brand new in the box hadn't been worn I just wanted to exchange them for a bigger size. I had the receipt but it was over 28 days as they had been bought for her and the nearest store is out of our way. Went in and got told it's over 28 days there is nothing they can do and the lady was quite rude. I then emailed them and it took 7 days for a reply just to be told the same. I've never had an issue anywhere else, I didn't want my money back I just wanted to swap them. I always thought Clarks customer service would be brilliant similar to John Lewis but I was wrong it has put me off from buying shoes from there.

Ashton is a credit to your store very friendly and helpful done his job brilliantly. Hope there is an Incentive for this young man to go further in your store. He should be rewarded. A lot of people are quick enough to complain so I thought I would write a nice comment.

Quick and easy picking up my new shoes, the staff member was very helpful and polite.

Ordered online and delivered before initial delivery date which was great. However, sandals for my granddaughter were slightly small. I went to store to return and was served by a lovely, friendly shop assistant. Luckily she realised the size I wanted they had in store so saved me reordering. Happy days!

After visiting several known shoe shops, where we felt we were a hindrance rather than being offered assistance, we visited the Clarks store.
We were appointed Ashton and he immediately offered us help with our search, at all times with a smile and pleasant conversation.
After several options were offered, we eventually made our choice and Ashton efficiently completed the transaction.
He is a credit to the store and the younger generation.

Visited the metrocentre store yesterday and I received great customer services from a lady called Lauren. Definitely recommend!

Staff excellent

We picked 5 or 6 Boots for our grandson and all were in stock so he had plenty to choose from. He even chose the ones his mam liked the most. Nothing more to add. Grandparents happy.

Tried a few shoe shops but couldn't find anything was about to give up until I went into Clark's and met Ayuniy, what a lovely enthusiastic lady, so busy but still helpful to everyone un a personal way, an asset to the company, and we found the perfect shoes for me 👍
