Natasha was brilliant with my 2 teenage granddaughters today! Just the right amount of chat and fun whilst getting the job done! Let’s hope her employers appreciate her! Daisy was there and she was great too!

I bought some boots. 2 months old and the plastic trim around the heels has all started peeling off. My old Clark boots are 10 yrs old but the quality of the new ones considering they aren't very old is terrible. Took them back to the Exmouth shop and they weren't interested! I will never buy Clarks again

Ordered on line and delivered into store. Arrived quickly and helpful staff when collected order. Had to return some items, which was easy to do and was able to take items back into store.

Chantelle went far above and beyond her duty, giving concise, useful advice that I would never have considered myself, as well as displaying endless patience with my constant back and forth testing different shoes and sizes.

I never knew shopping for shoes could be fun, but Chantelle showed me otherwise, I am really happy with my purchase and I will return to this store again.

Popped in just the other day to get my daughter some new school shoes. I have to say that I had some of the best shopping experience of my life with the help of a young man named Coby, he was super helpful and patient as my daughter was choosing her desired pair. 10/10 service give this wonderful young man a promotion.

Camila Exmouth store was great with my little girl. Very patient and kind and kept going until we found the perfect fit.
This was our second attempt at buying school shoes, as a few weeks earlier I was ignored in the store ( maybe because it was half an hour before closing) and almost bought shoes online from another retailer but I'm glad I came back as Camila was so helpful.

So so so impressed with all the help and care we got buying our daughter’s first pair of proper shoes! We arrived 15 minutes before closing thinking there wouldn’t be enough time and Natasha and Chantelle (we think) were so kind and informative! Offered to take some cute photos for us and were really detailed on the perfect fit for her. We’re chuffed with the cute little shoes. We even bought a pair of work shoes for my husband which are lovely too which Natasha then took the time to even measure him up properly too! Thank you so much Ladies!

The shop assistant was really helpful and patient, and took the time to chat with my 12yr old son to explain about the shoes (fit and look). This was really important to engage direct with him; they listened to his views and mine as parent- It's not easy as a parent to persuade your secondary age child that it's OK not to follow the crowd with the brand of shoe you wear.

We had great service from Daisy in the Exmouth store for our daughter BTS shoes. She was very mindful of our daughter’s needs and was obliging with alternative sizes and styles even though stock was depleted at the end of the holidays! She respected our knowledge as previous Clark’s employees.

Great customer service in Exmouth Store today as I needed to purchase new shoes for work do needed to be comfy and practical as on my feet all. Both ladies were excellent and Camilla was great at bringing out actually a wider fit in the selection of shoes I wanted to try. Thank you very happy with my purchase

We bought our granddaughter shoes today. Nothing was too much trouble for Camila who served us. Would highly recommend this shop.

Natasha was extremely helpful in measuring feet, picking out shoes and trying them on with our 6 year old. She made him feel very comfortable and he was very happy with his new shoes and the colouring sheet he was given. Natasha also helped navigating the deals available, which was really useful, suggesting we use our Blue Light discount which saved us more than we would have on the standard promotion.

We arrived late into Exmouth to get a new pair of shoes for school.
The lights were off and Natasha and Chantel were wrapping up to go home. Being disappointed that I'd missed the opening hours I lent on the door in some vain hope and that there might have been a power cut and they were still open. They were in fact closed.
However , The door swung open and Chantel and Natasha were there to greet us. They turned the lights on and they spent the necessary time measuring and checking the shoes for my daughter.
I couldn't ask more. Thank you.
