The shop assistant was so helpful for my particular needs she picked the right size for me immediately and fitted so well I bought them there and then.
The Dunfermline Shop in Fife is definitely 5 star.

Best shoes ever
Best shoes ever. Since I was a kid and as a mature adult. Clark’s shoes are fantastic.

Called Clarks shop in dunfermline and they had my size on the wider fit very helpful lady kept them fir me went into shop tried them on and was sold waterproofer overall very satisfied with the local shop experience

Fantastic good old customer service
Amazing service from Josie and Jackie in Dunfermline.
High street shopping is not about the cheapest product it’s about the help, the conversation, the banter, just good old customer service. That’s what brings people to the high street rather than online.

Amazing friendly service
We went to get school shoes for next term. The staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful, especially Kirra who patiently dealt with my children. I will definitely use them again.
