Very helpful and friendly service by the staff especially Dionne

I visited Clarks on Friday to get new shoes for my son, we got measured by a young lady (not sure of her name) and left the shop as my son was distressed. We went back to buy shoes and was served by Stacie who was very attentive and patient with my son who was very distressed that he had to take off his red shoes. Thank you for being understanding and so patient with my son!

Somehow Dionne managed to get my toddler to have his feet measured and try on new shoes despite his very obvious resistance! Very good with children and plenty of tricks to get the job done! Loves his dinosaur stickers too :)

Dionne was really helpful and made a nice experience for us. Every time we come into store all the ladies are so helpful and we always come back!

Great support from the staff. Heidi was very helpful with inserts and our choices of boots. Other staff were very supportive.

Amber did a great job when we went to get our 18 months boy measured. She was very friendly and made the experience fun and lovely. We also got the shoes we wanted.

Zuzie went above and beyond. Very good customer service. In the past Zuzie served us and another girl both very good. Unfortunely rest of the staff were less interested.

I visited Clark’s shoe shop in High Chelmsford yesterday. The assistant Dionne was amazing.
It was such a pleasure being served by such a lovely helpful very approachable lady. She was pushy and was quite happy for my daughter to try several different type of boots

/Dianna were really helpful today and very understanding while helping us buy a new pair of shoes for our young man . He has downs syndrome and Dianna was very welcoming and made sure we were happy with the measuring and buying of the new shoes , our young man was very happy with his shoes , so much so he didn’t want to take them off , so he wore them out of the shop , Thankyou for great service and Dianna is an asset to Clark’s .

Visited the Chelmsford store, looking for comfortable shoes for my wife, who for various reasons has very painful feet. Hoped Clarks would be able to help, and we weren't disappointed! We were in the store for two hours, and received excellent and very patient service from Stacie there! We came away very satisfied and would recommend this store and its staff without hesitation!

Clarks is always my go to place to buy school shoes. I went in the half term and we were quickly seen. Toni measured my children’s feet and helped them choose some shoes. She was so kind and patient with my daughter and even found some shoes for us that were a great price at £25.

Very knowledgable, helpful and friendly staff at Chelmsford store. In particular Dionne. I would definitely recommend this store following my visit today.

We took our 2yr old Grandson to Clarks in Chelmsford for some winter shoes and was served by Dionne. She was so attentive, professional and wonderful with our little fella.
