Caitlin has just started working at Clarks in Cardiff. She could not have been more helpful. Helping my 82 year old husband with a shoe horn and helping with laces while the shop was really busy. She gave us plenty of time as we tried to select suitable shoes for him. She was cheerful and chatty and was an absolutely excellent sales assistant. She is an asset to your company.

Ash was v. Helpful. Was able to get new boots within 20.mins.

Great service. Caitlin was excellent with measuring my two children’s feet. She was knowledgeable and patient and we wouldn’t hesitate to go back to the store in future

Caitlin served us and was brilliant. I could tell immediately that she is used to working with children, she was great with my five year old. She is new but was spot on with her measurements and fitting, she got a colleague to double check and they agreed with her on everything.

Louee was so friendly and helpful.

Ash was helpful and we didn’t feel rushed. This was really important as the shoe had to be suitable to wear with insoles due to a painful foot issue. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We also observed Ash supporting other members of staff in a calm and knowledgeable manner.

I visited Clarks, after months of trying to persuade my child to go and get new shoes. When I walked into the branch, I approached Ash and explained that my teenage child was anxious, very hesitant to get new shoes and autistic. I asked if I could measure my child's feet myself and Ash immediately offered us a quiet space and Donna's support, along with turning lights and music down. I explained that there was no need but the space and support would be fantastic. Donna was amazing at providing quiet support for me, her instructions to my child and handling the whole transaction in a neurodivergent friendly way. I was VERY impressed and very grateful to both Ash and Donna as we left for the first new pair of shoes in probably almost two years! Well done, Clarks. Ash and Donna are a credit to you.

I was served by "Ash" in the Cardiff city centre branch. Ash was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me , to which I was very grateful.

We were purchasing school shoes and we were provided with excellent service and help by the staff, especially Melissa who was very friendly, professional, patient and knowledgeable, and made the overall experience easy and stress-free.

Ash in Cardiff branch of Clarks was incredibly helpful with fantastic customer service. My son finds it very difficult to find shoes which fit his feet and feel comfortable with his orthotic insoles. Ash provided alternative suggestions of similar shoes with removable inserts, and helped us until we found a comfortable pair. Much better than choosing shoes online!

I did it over the Internet and had fantastic black court shoes for £10 and the white trainers were only £20. The only thing I regret is rushing because I paid twice for delivery and they came together and I did e mail Clarks last week about the driver the person didn't even knock the door or ring the bell and I have a camera doorbell. If you can ask your delivery people to ring and waite I'm the 3rd floor up and no offence I live next door to a Alcohol and Drug Clinic it has put me off buying again from yourselves sorry but you would not like it

We were shopping for my son’s boots and had such a positive experience in the Cardiff branch.
Ash was kind, patient and really helpful from start to finish. They took the time to make sure we found the right fit and made the whole process completely stress free. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely nice and thoughtful – Ash really made our day!

The young shop assistant Lewis was child friendly. Making my granddaughter feel happy and relaxed when trying on a pair of shoes. Letting her take the lead and feel comfortable.

Despite being unable to book an appointment to have our sons feet measured, we were seen immediately by Louee. He was very attentive, even offering to speak to us in Welsh as he'd overheard us speaking to our son in Welsh. Excellent service.
