Clarks - Bluewater Omdömen 92

We went to get my children’s feet measured for new shoes at the Bluewater store. I had pre-booked an appointment as I knew it would be busy. We were seen within 5 minutes of arriving and served by a really helpful and knowledgeable salesperson called Sophie. She made the whole experience painless and wouldn’t let us leave until we were entirely satisfied with the fit and the shoe. Thank you!

Fast and efficient service in the Bluewater store this week buying school shoes. Thank you to Cian for excellent service.

You must meet Nicola at the shop she was so wonderful lady and not only got the pair but all +\- size to try on, just had to buy coz never go wrong with Clark’s shoes and loving it now … thank you so much Nicola n rest of the staff.

Excellent service today from sales assistants. We were served by Temi and Dom French who were extremely helpful. They worked really well to deliver great customer service. We will definitely return to the Bluewater store.

Anand was marvellous. From the moment we walked in, he gave us his undivided attention. He listened carefully and gave us suggestions and the right advice, consistently checking up on us as we were left to make our decisions. Definitely a bright asset to this or any other company he works for. He was just so personable, witty and humorous. A real breath of fresh air. ☺️

We really had an Amazing experience in the Bluewater store. Nice welcoming and friendly team they have. A nice young gentleman served us for our daughter’s couple of shoes with a smiley face in a rush hour. We get everything what we needed. Definitely going to visit them in future. He was so nice and friendly. My daughter needed couple of shoes. At first he greeted us and asked what we’re looking for.

Visited the Bluewater branch today with my son. With it being only 1 week until the new school term starts I knew it would be busy but staff managed to turn customers around quickly whilst delivering quality customer service. We were served by a very polite young man (Dom Fanawopo). Service with a smile, couldn’t do enough for us, very friendly and engaging. I was concerned that we would feel rushed with how busy it was but Dom took his time with us, measured my son’s feet and offered a variety of shoes in his size, including add on sales. My 8 year old commented on how he was the nicest man that has ever served us in a shop! A real credit to the company.

I have always used Clarks for my daughter's school shoes.......I regret to say that I shall not be using them again. I went to their Bluewater store today. I had booked an appointment, so it started out quite well. A member of staff was with us within a couple of minutes and led us to a chair to get measured. The only positive I have to say is that she managed to tell us the correct size, but unfortunately the experiance went downhill from there. They didn't have a great selection of shoes in my daughter's size, but she did bring out alternatives. She did not check the shoe to see if it fit when on my daughter's foot, didn't ask her to walk around and I found myself on the floor doing it myself. I then asked for an insole, where she proceeded to hand it to me and ask if I could put it in as she didn't know how as she had never used one! Considering Clarks advertise themselves as being a children's shoe specialist is laughable. In a panic I bought the shoes, but then went straight to John Lewis for a second opinion. The experiance in John Lewis was absolutely amazing, very helpful, clearly knew what they were doing, great selection, fabulous advice, measuring and checking to make sure the shoes fit correctly. On a side note, also less stressful set up. I returned the Clarks shoes straight away and shall not be using them ever again. If you need school shoes, save yourself the headache and head straight to John Lewis.

Visited an extremely busy Clarks’s Bluewater store today and had fantastic customer service from Dominic Fanawopo. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and patient when measuring my daughter’s first pair of school shoes. What a lovely experience he made it and is a credit to the Bluewater team. Thank you Dominic for being so helpful in a heaving store!

Kemi was lovely and helpful and very well mannered. She knew her stuff and was great at educating us on the use of polish etc.

Served by an extremely helpful lady called Tonia and was in and out in less than 10 minutes with the perfect shoe for a weekend wedding. Good stuff.

Nathaniel served us today whilst getting the dreaded back to school shoes. He was patient, professional and great with my 2 children. He made the experience so much better. Thank you again.

Went to buy shoes for my child. Temi at Bluewaters Clarks was very helpful and patient.

Imran helped both my sons select school shoes. One of my sons has cerebral palsy and wears an orthotic splint which makes selecting shoes difficult as the splint has to fit one pair and then we need an additional pair without the splint. Imran was great helping us choose the right shoe and size he then advised us of the odd shoe scheme which we were unaware of which meant we got 75% off of the second pair of shoes we needed for the splint. Thanks Imran. Really appreciate your help.
