Fab experience in the Aylesbury store today buying my baby girl's first prewalker shoes. The staff member who looked after us was Artee and she was absolutely fab. So lovely with my little girl, helpful and patient. Thank you Artee!

The women was very nice there she gave us good information we always come to Clark’s and they were very good to us this time thank you!!!.

My teenage kids begrudgingly went to your shop in Aylesbury yesterday. At first my daughter, the younger, said she wasn't "feeling it" but your staff, Joseph, managed to get her to at least get her feet measured, then having determined she had quite an unusual size, gently persuaded her to try on some shoes stocked of that size. By good fortune she liked the first pair and she walked away with some brand new school shoes in time for her return to school next week. I'd like to thank Joseph for his patience with my kids, he did a great job!

Arti and Mariah were very patient and made lots of suggestions based on their knowledge of the shoes they had in stock. Their suggestions helped me find a perfect pair of shoes and they were very patient when I tried them on in different sizes and widths. Thanks very much !!

We spent over £70 on a pair of school shoes for my daughter in Sept 2025.
In 2 months the heals have worn completely.
The manager at Aylesbury Store was so rude to my partner, she came out of the shop in tears.
We had to get them rehealed in Friars Square.
The guy said mentioned he'd had lot's of people with the same issues from Clarks in Aylesbury and the manager being rude to other customers.

We had a wonderful experience with Clarks Aylesbury store. We were assisted by a lovely young man called Joseph. Our son is autistic and nonverbal and he could find fitting on new shoes, a bit of a tricky experience. He made sure to find a quiet place to do the fit- ons. Never rushed, gave our son all the time he wanted to settle down, made the experience really fun and happy which really worked.

Staff who measured my grandsons feet was professional and helpful,also not pushy to buy there and then! Will be back 😀

I took my reluctant Toddler Grandson for his third feet measurement at the Aylesbury store last week. He has cried and been very uncooperative and unhappy all through previous visits. We were served by Naema who patiently built up a rapport with him. He ended up lifting his foot to be measured, high-fiving Naema and then walking around in his new trainers. Thank you for the excellent service.

I took my mother into Clarks Aylesbury and the staff Dixi and Joseph could not have been more helpful. My mother had previously tried and bought many times online and in stores, but as she had never had her feet measured and she didn't know what she really wanted they came to her aid and she was extremely happy and still is with her choice of footwear.

I visited Clarke's in Aylesbury yesterday, with my two young adult children. A member of staff, Joseph, was so very helpful. My daughter was fairly straightforward to sort out. My son was more complicated. My son told Joseph the style of shoe he wanted. Joseph measured his feet and went to see what they had in stock, in my son's size (5.5/6). The style my son decided that he liked wasn't available in his size. Joseph recommended what size my son should look for, because we had to continue our search elsewhere. He honestly couldn't have been more helpful. Joseph went above and beyond.

Joseph at the Aylesbury branch was outstanding with our 7 year old son on Saturday who finds shoe fitting overwhelming. He was very patient and made such an effort which made for a really positive experience. Give that man a pay rise!

Visited store to get my toddler sized. Staff member (Joseph) was very helpful, child friendly, patient and calming. My child is difficult getting her feet sized, he made this so much easier, it was a positive experience.

The store was very busy due to it being the day before the schools go back after the summer holidays, however Joseph was friendly and took his time to ensure that we got the right pair of shoes for my son.
