Cheap . Don’t do it . Shoes come in plastic bag and are plastic

Awful. Product quality is horrible and not comfortable. No response when I requested return. Sent 3 requests. Not recommended.

SCAM - BEWARE!!! Do not buy from this company. They will not respond when you want to return these cheap shoes. Deceptive Advertising makes one think they are the quality shoe company Clark's - this is a SCAM!

Horrible customer service, drag out everything until your "return" option is null and void.

What you see advertised is NOT what you get. Do not think you are getting "CLARKS" quality, these are knock offs, plastic soles, cheap fake leather straps...

And Stephanie Clark, who is the contact could care less, if you do stick with it long enough to get her to give you return info.. its to CHINA... I have done that once.. paid over $30 for the shipping and custom fees. Only to have the items come back to me a year later, undeliverable.

Stay away, pay the extra $$ for the RIGHT CLARKS items, you get what you pay for.

The shoes came in plastic bags. The shoes are very cheap for the price and run small. The quality of shoes is really a zero. I had to give them a one to write the review. Run from this company.

The shoes I received are of inferior quality. I contacted the company and they offered a 25% refund. I refused. Then, via email, they told me to return to a Chinese address. I told them to give me the address of their American warehouse and they haven’t responded. This company is a sham and a scam.

This company is a total scam and is passing itself off as a legitimate seller of Clark’s branded footwear. Quality is poor and sizing is inaccurate. They do not provide full refunds (offer 20% only) and do not have a return policy. I’m admitting defeet (pun intended) as I should have researched this company for independent reviews prior to placing my order.

Zero. Totally wrong size sent. Quality was poor.
Return method was costly and only small percent then would be refunded.
Caused me to consider this might be a scam.
Absolutely would avoid this product.

Actually -1 star. Quality is HORRIBLE. Too wide for most American feet. Stiff and uncomfortable!!

Ordered sandals that are very wide and don't fit. I've emailed them 5 times and no one gets back to me.
The sandals are plastic feeling and very unattractive, nothing like the picture.

Beware! Items shipped from warehouse in Asia. If you want to return anything, return policy on their website says email them. They replied to me and said I’m 100% responsible for paying for shipping. Keep in mind, you don’t return to Asia where it came from (which is cheaper than China). They insist you return to a China (NO EXCEPTIONS) address which at a minimum is $95.00 USPS. Clothes had overwhelming odor and run 2-3 sizes smaller than USA sizes. Shoes were plastic and vinyl. Feels like walking on concrete plus extremely small. Clothes quality looks like they made in 5 min, very poorly made.

THIS IS A SCAM. There is only a star because I had to put something in there. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. At best, I can get $10 and keep the pieces of crap shoes that came from China, not even in a box! Best case, PayPal can attempt to help.

The quality is complete garbage and the sizes appear to be chosen at random. I recieved 2 pair, they don't fit, terrible quality and of course, nobody will answer my corrispondence to return them in spite of their guarantee. 100% scam company.

This company sells cheap knockoffs of Clark shoes that are made in China from the cheapest quality materials available. They advertise big discounts and have sales. The ads are very attractive but never state they are made in China. Therefore, if you have to return them, you mail them to China at a huge cost. They will offer you a refund of 25% if you keep the shoes which most people do because the cost of returning the shoes is exorbitant.
