Disappointment after disappointment

Really disappointed in the service received recently using on lines orders . Bought a childs toy cement mixer and it came broken went through the process of contacting about return a couple days later said it be sorted with a new one sent and old one picked up , was really happy about this of course this would not be the case due to lack of communication between their own team .
12 days later countless messages using Facebook chat or emails getting the same message "we'll look into it"or " I'm trying to get the details " finally got an answer after calling on the phone the parcel will not be packaged this side of Christmas as GLS refusing to take orders over seas to UK .
Really poor communication .

Very disappointed with this service and just leaves a sour taste considering I had to do all the chasing around . Offered an apology however was talking to someone in the background on the phone and I was willing to try fix it if I'd been refunded some or all of it , but that wasn't an option just sorry and we'll sort it in the new year.

Having read others people's experience I wish I'd never bothered with this company

Ordered power tool item online never…

Ordered power tool item online never arrived rang them 4 times for a refund still waiting on it 4 weeks later , don you off on the phone supposed to be a reputable company??? Bunch of scammers would never order from them again

Terrible to deal with online

Terrible to deal with online. Ordered a Milwaukee M18 Vacuum with a €10 discount code. After querying if item had been dispatched I got an email saying there was a stock error and item was not in stock. I had a hunch this was because I used a discount code so I called up the store and an employee confirmed there was plenty of stock of the item. If €10 is that important to them they can keep it, I was happily willing to pay full price. Would never again deal with them as no need for blatant lies.

Quick delivery

Nice website, Quick delivery, toys are a bit pricy but worth it. The only one think when we opened the box and started to put tractor togerher we noticed there was one small part missing, front light, one of 6. Thank god it was only that.
