Great from start to finish most things I got done on what’s app or message and phone call to get finished and lots of options and happy that all out my hands

I had a very helpful advisor there name is Tenishny they helped me through everything step by step to ensure I understood everything we even done it through WhatsApp because I have anxiety about talking on the phone which I think is really grate thank you for helping make the first steps to tackle my debt

They called me after me filling out a form. They gave me all the options. Very lengthy questions which I understand. I then said I wasn't going forward with an IVA as I was in less than £8000 worth of debt. I sorted out a loan and am in a much better position with my credit score. They then continue to message and I get calls trying to convince me with an IVA. I've asked them to take my name and number off their records now and I'm still getting them.

I never leave reviews, as normally most things are what you see is what you get!
But…I have been emotionally burdened by my debt, that through no fault of my own spiralled until I couldn’t see a way out. Today with Diren,at first the clarity and search on my debts went well but then I was asked for 3 months statement from all my bank accounts because they wanted to study my spending patterns and see I was earning. Only to start getting asked questions that answers were in the statement. After almost 2 hours of repetitive questioning,even though I mentioned earlier that I just needed my loans consolidated in one place where I can pay monthly. I was then referred to another platform as they could help in loan consolidation. My question to Diren was why then waste my time when I already told you from the beginning what I needed. You literally got all my information and then nothing.
