This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They lied to me in the beginning about what they would do and as soon as they got the deal they decided to not give me the yearly information they promised stating the fact they were acting for my mother who had dementia. I appointed them to look after her and just asked for her accountability which I couldn’t believe the excuses they give me do not use this firm. You will regret it for any family matters.

Clarrion solicitors have been dealing with our uncle’s death coming up for 2 years now. Every time I call to enquire what is happening, I get all sorts of excuses like it is the tax that is holding things up or probate is taking the time. I have friends who’s family members have passed away and things are dealt with in a few months and never years. I am sure this company is spinning out the settlement so they can gather interest on the money as it is quite a substantial amount of money. If you have to have dealings with them believe me they move at the speed of a snail avoid this company at all costs

My experience with Clarion Solicitors was extremely disappointing. From the start, they demonstrated a lack of professionalism and courtesy. They seemed solely focused on maximizing their billing rather than providing effective legal services. The firm’s approach felt like a blatant money grab, with excessive charges and little transparency. Communication was poor, and they showed little interest in genuinely assisting with my case. Their attitude made it clear that they prioritize profit over client care. I strongly advise against using Clarion Solicitors if you’re looking for a firm that values professionalism, integrity, and respect for their clients.

We are a small business without in-house legal counsel. We have worked with Clarion over the last 6 months and it has been one of the best decisions.

They have supported us across multiple areas, from data protection to employment law and IP protection.

They are personable, professional and fun to work with, particularly Matthew, Suzanne and Esther. We are looking forward to our continued business relationship moving forwards!

I paid them a retainer of GBP 10,000 and they gave me belated and incorrect advice and when I pointed this out and made them aware that I would miss out on hundreds of thousands of pounds they stopped responding - despite still having my money on account.
The money I might lose out on due to their error is around GBP 300K, and they find it not worthwhile to respond.
The responsible "equity partner" Andrew McCauley wasn't even competent enough to have a compensation about this topic and Joanne Chase, the director that sold their services to me, attempted to continue to give me incorrect advice. A partner, Mr Moran, couldn't even acknowledge my email.

The bottom line is, they still hold my money on account but are obviously too scared and incompetent to contact me as they know they made significant errors.

I am happy to sue Clarion to get both my money back and appropriate compensation.
