I wish I had had the foresight to read the reviews before purchase, I was taken in totally. The items looked lovely in the pictures. How I was deceived totally! When the items did eventually arrive they were awful, totally synthetic, awful quality and colours were terrible, needless to say will never be worn by me.

Same as everybody else. Wrong material. Wrong colour. Offered partial refund. Refused that. I started a chargeback via bank and eventually got a full refund. Please do the same!

This company misrepresents the products as if they are stocked and sold in the U.K. when really they are drop shipping from China while saying they are delivered by Royal Mail. The quality is poor. Fabrics are really cheap and synthetic. Save your money . My order arrived over two weeks after placing the order and after I had left for a trip away. I asked for a return and refund but the return process is so difficult. I’m now stuck with awful goods I don’t even want to take to a charity shop. Will take them to the clothes recycling instead.

Complete scammers. Despite me probing before ordering I was told a pack of lies.
Cheap Chinese shoddy mock ups not even half decent! Tops very small bottoms huge… thin cheap fabric nothing bear the description. Took ages to arrive and when I complained they said I had several failed deliveries over a week… my door bell camera co firmed no attempted delivery! Then when you try and return they stall and stall. Then they offer a return with you paying shipping costs to China( even though I was guaranteed it was Bristol based with local delivery! Then a customs charge then and admin fee per item… then when I said I would take it further , I had no more replies to my emails.
The bank were great, they went after them and whilst looking into it , the bank refunded me.
This is disgusting behaviour.
Please tell everyone and don’t use this site. Stick to the big household known names you are familiar with.

I would give it no stars if I could. There is no way that the item could be described as luxurious, thick or doubled layered … other than the cuffs. I would be curious to know who managed to stay warm while wearing it in 5 degree weather. A more apt description would have been v loose fitting blouson type tee shirt top made from 100% polyester. ... which is manufactured and sent from China. Your sizing is all wrong as well …your xxl which you say is a size 16 and my normal size hangs off me and looks like an item from one of the fast fashion outlets. There is nothing luxurious or expensive looking about it.

I’m feel scammed to have paid half price for the item. Can’t imagine how anyone that paid full price would feel. Returns policy is non existent stay away

Do not BUY anything from these people…also advertise under other names purporting to be in UK.

If you’ve had a bad experience Please write to the following:
China Consumer Association they have an email address for complaints.
They are the equivalent of our trading standards and will investigate complaints. The more of us that do the more chance we get these unscrupulous businesses off the Internet.

Scam - my mum ordered two jumpers which were awful. Company tried to negotiate differing levels of refund- and made it very difficult to return. Avoid at all costs

Total scam. At best you will get 30% refund and keep the awful products. They are also operating as Clara and Rose Birmingham, Clara and Rose Boutique London, possibly more. Not sure if Trading standards could help as they operate from China. Report them on Instagram, but again not sure if that is followed up.

This Company is not based in UK and although a professional looking site what they provide is cheap and bears no relevance to the item pictured or described.

I have tried to get a refund but only was offered 35% which I refused.

Reported to Shopify who I paid through but to date no action just automated email responses.

NEVER EVER buy from this Company! Bought a ‘jumper’ via their Instagram account £45. It was cheap nylon with a print on, not even worth the effort to send it back as the return procedure is none existent. It’s a cheap Chinese sweat shop product. If I could give it ‘minus one star’ I would.
I’ll never purchase from and IG account again. Lesson learnt!

Do not touch this company with a barge pole ! I thought I was supporting an independent British company -NO WAY. Cheap nylon rubbish - expensive - from China. You have to return at your own expense to China. Clothes nothing like the pictures or material description ! Total scammers !

Complete SCAM avoid this company not genuine!I was completely fooled by the advert jumper not as advertised arrived made of polyester. Sent from Edward at a unit in London. Suspicious activity flagged on my card from Islington beware!!

I wrote earlier about the cheap goods and difficulty of getting a refund. I did manage to get 30% back, but my card has been cloned and I am very suspicious that this “company” is involved. Avoid!

IT’S A SCAM COMPANY FROM CHINA!! DONT GET FOOLED!!
Took ages for my order to arrive. Ordered a size 8 duck egg blue jumper and received a royal blue size 18. The shoes were cheap and shoddy and nothing like the photos I saw online. They have offered me a 30% refund! They must be joking! I’m reporting them to Trading Standards on Monday if they don’t refund me fully.

I can’t believe I fell for this!
The video on social media seemed real, the shop, customers etc all seemed real.
I even ordered two jumpers for size intending to return one.
Emails friendly from Clara-not Clara clearly and AI generated.
China! Have to return to China!
I emailed them to see what the yarn was and they told me wool which is what I wanted. Not wool, the cheapest polyester.
Terrible quality.
I had many conversations and they were not going above 30% refund and keep sweaters. I wasn’t returning to China. A family member did this once and it never reached the address not to mention the cost of posting.
I had to accept it. Refund arrived today and jumpers possible used when gardening 🤔.
Everyone please be careful and research everyone you buy from.

The "Bristol" connection is a total scam - however I am giving it 2 stars as "Clara" responded when I could not trace my delivery and then organised a tracking Royal Mail service. I suspect the product had to come from China, as took 2 weeks to arrive, and the Chinese label says "100% lambswool" and is actually quite a nice jumper.

Poor quality, absolute rubbish! Not wool, and the item that arrived was not the same as the photo! As with other people who have left reviews, I was completely fooled by photos! Took over a month to arrive. So they are definitely not coming from Bristol!
Dont waste your money!

I received my item. Despite it being described as 'Cosy Dachshund Knit Jumper' it is a cheap polyester jumper. I was totally taken in by this looking like a Bristol Boutique. It was shipped from China. I have emailed the company citing Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must match their description, be of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If an item is not as described, you have a legal right to reject it for a full refund within 30 days, or request a repair/replacement afterward. The seller must cover return shipping costs for mis-described items.

I suggest referral to Trading Standards and if purchased via social media advert that complaints are made direct

No real shop in UK.
