If I could I would give Umear 10 stars…

If I could I would give Umear 10 stars as he so polite,helpful and patient,I have 2 claims going on at the moment,it’s the the best experience I have ever had on a telephone call,he is a credit to the company.

Try and do it youself

This company is dealing with two of my claims. They text me this morning saying they had good news. I thought the claim was settled. They said the solicitors don't touch claims under £3k but they will press on with it. More documents to sign. It was 5 months ago when I signed the documents. I got a call today saying it's going to be another 9 months before I hear anything. I feel like taking this off them and doing it myself. They lure people In saying they can help and they can't do anything. They also want 33% of the amount I'm awarded. It's pretty weak if a solicitors has to do this kind of work for sending a few emails. I guarantee they will receive more than I do when this claim is settled. Same as a solicitor who dealt with my fall in ASDA . They got £4000 and I got £1000. I feel like taking this off them so they don't get anything. These people are a legal call centre who will claim for their costs as part of the settlement and the person gets about 25% of the amount. It's shocking really.

We're sorry to read this. We will respond privately to your concerns about the timeline on your claim.

In relation to your wider point - that you can claim yourself - we reminded you of your right to do this when our service was offered originally and again when we spoke with you yesterday. You also have a right to cancel, so are free to change your mind.

Furthermore, we do not charges disbursements. This means if a claim is successful, our fees are structured so that our client always retains the majority of compensation and you do not pay directly for any costs we incur, as you may with a solicitor.

Umear is outstanding 🌟

Umear has been exceptional with the process so far. He submitted my diesel claim last year and today started my pcp claim. Umear is friendly, polite, professional and patient explaining the process. 10/10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
