Highly Recommend Claimsline – Fantastic Experience
can’t thank Claimsline enough for the excellent service I received after being involved in a road traffic accident. The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently from start to finish, making a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

All the staff I spoke to during my claim was so so helpful & friendly, they do not make you feel like a hinderance to them and go out of their way to reassure you. At first I thought it was too good to be true, Rick was brilliant and answered any questions I had with patience. Everything was done very quickly, and when you call you are not holding for ages the phone is answered pretty much straight away. Thank you to all of the team.

I had an accident at work that unfortunately wrote my car off I rang through and spoke to a bloke called guy who helped me through the step by step process and kept me on contact all the time and updated me of what will happen. Really helpful and easy to deal with.

Claimsline dealt with my ‘write off’…
Claimsline dealt with my ‘write off’ very quickly, my car was damaged outside my house on the Tuesday morning, by Wednesday evening my damaged car was recovered and by Thursday I had a hire car to get me around.
The team at Claimsline were swift, very helpful and had a caring attitude.
I appreciated that everything was taken care of so quickly and I did not worry about a thing.
