It took over 12 months to finish the claim

From the minute we were in communication with ClaimsCo, we were assured by Adeline the support person assigned to our claim that we were not to worry as we were going to be guided through the process and would be well looked after. We have to say that turned out be the absolute truth. There were testing times as the insurance co discussed things but we need not have been concerned. As Adeline took the lead and managed the interactions, keeping us well informed and in the end leading us to a successful outcome. Well done Adeline and the ClaimsCo team as a whole

Claims Co secured a review of the original result of a Roof inspection decision and on the further inspections came to agreement of a much higher degree of damage and consequently a replacement of the Roof was agreed too

Montana at Claims Co has worked tirelessly to get us the best possible outcome for a very complex claim. Her communication and knowledge is second to none.

Gabriel led me through the whole process so calmly and effortlessly. Great communication and explanations about the insurance claim procedure. Roughly 1/3 of the way through the claim process when Melvin took over from Cooper I was worried that I'd not have the same trusting professional relationship that I have built with Cooper. But as it turned out, Melvin was dedicated, trustworthy, reliable, professional, passionate, understanding and promptly pushed through with communication with our insurer counteracting each claim offer where there had been some areas in the scope of repair/replacement work that were identified as lacking. I was even given an ex gratia cash of $500 by the insurer as goodwill due to delay on their part.
