Hi Ryan, thanks for the message and letting us know that your order didn't arrive. I can see from the tracking number provided that it is going in circles in the mail center. Apologies, the mail system has lost a few of my package recently. It's no problem to issue a refund or I can send another ring as I believe the mail system has corrected their issue. Thanks and take care, Stuart
Hi Ryan, I received your email and updated reply, please check you junk Mail or Spam folder for my reply and info. Thanks again and take care, Stuart

Hi Jennifer, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I can see from the tracking that it's with USPS so I believe that it'll be delivered any day now. Apologies that it hasn't arrived sooner, as I mentioned to you on the phone and emails, it seems like there are delays with the mail systems here and in the USA recently. If it doesn't arrive this week I'll send another and I'll email you the tracking number. Take care and chat soon, Stuart
