C & J will literally rip you off
C & J will literally rip you off, they charged me £1500 just for a tender roof which is very very small. They hound you for payment upfront then take months to fit it. It doesn’t even fit properly. They have really bad reviews I should have checked before hand. Shocking company

As indicated by the significant majority of our reviews, we are an ethical company who pride ourselves on delivering customer satisfaction and work tirelessly with reasonable customers to achieve that outcome.

When you asked for a quote for your all-over tender cover we did provide you with the opportunity to have a lower specification cover and you elected to purchase the premium option.
Our procedure for dealing with overdue payments is no different from other companies, and when customers who are experiencing difficulties engage constructively with us we are more than happy to work with them to find an acceptable outcome.
Our terms of business require a 50% deposit with the remaining 50% due ahead of installation. This installation cannot take place ahead of the final payment and when payment is delayed that does not make the order ‘months late’.
Regardless of the way in which you have approached the situation, we remain committed to our principles and will rectify any genuine fitting issue at our cost.
In order to proceed, it would be incredibly helpful if you could engage constructively with us and afford us the opportunity to investigate, and if necessary to remediate any genuine issues that the investigation may reveal.

Good advice and an excellent product
C&J provided good advice about the hull lining for my Jeanneau. The fabric and adhesive that they supplied was excellent quality. It was not the cheapest lining fabric but when you compare it with the competitors you can see that the extra is worthwhile.

The items arrived the morning after ordering. Unfortunately the wrong type of zip was included. I contacted the sales team and the correct zip was dispatched straight away. I still had everything I needed far quicker than I expected! Great customer service.
