highly recommended
Neville Levy arranged storage for me at very short notice. Citystore Aylesbury is a large site & despite being very busy Mr Levy made me feel that I was customer number 1. He was courteous, very friendly, efficient and professional.
The store is very clean, safe and well organised. I have rented space from a nearby competitor but Mr Levy and CityStore have surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend them.

This was my first time using Citystore and I have been impressed from the beginning with the customer service and the quality of the unit.
Both guys I have dealt with have been friendly and helpful and I cannot find any faults .

Knowledgeable, super friendly and great value.
The staff are knowledgeable and super friendly and the storage itself so clean and secure, I felt very confident right from the offset. All questions were answered and I bought labels, bubble wrap and tape while I was booking a store. So simple and great value.
I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!

Very friendly staff
Very friendly staff, nothing was to much trouble. Unit was nice and clean and appears to be safe and very secure.
I would have no hesitation in recommending City Store to anybody that needs secure storage for long or short rentals.

Great Service
I applied to three local self store companies for a price on an urgently needed space to rent.
Lauren was on the case within seconds. Pleasant, polite, extremely helpful, offered to show me round to help select the unit size I needed and helped find a company to help move the items.
Price was competitive and signed up same day.
Great job Lauren.

Really Helpful and Excellent Service
Really helpful, polite and explained the process in full. Prices are very competitive, but overall the customer care won me over!
Moved my stuff in the same day that the contracts were signed which was amazing given my tight timeframe.
Thoroughly recommend.
