Delivered on time. Call from the driver, (Zoslt/R029) where i arranged a safe place drop off, and a follow up from CitySprint to confirm my request. Driver dropped the 10 bags of gravel exactly where i requested. Good job.

City Sprint lost my order
I ordered materials from Wickes in Farnborough to be delivered by Citysprint today. Having picked up the goods from Farborough at 10 a.m. the driver apparently delivered the goods to my house at 11.45 and I apparently signed for them. I live no more than 20 minutes away from the warehouse so can only assume that the driver drove for almost two hours to the wrong address or is laying a floor in their loft.

Zsolt (R029) for the win
Overall good experience. Communication was good and my courier Zsolt (R029) rang me to let me know he’d be 10 minutes away, as well as to ensure he was going to the right place. Very polite man and very helpful in getting my goods (multiple packs of flooring, skirting and architrave) delivered.
