The company are always here at the time they have arranged. They are very polite and helpful and accommodating if they find you to not be in at the time arranged and will do best to deliver at a different time.

I have a delivery delivered by MARTIN NR42, brilliantly handled, with care and finesse.
Also gave me storage information about my delivery and "do's and don'ts". For someone who doesn't have many people who can lend a hand or advice, it's really helpful to have someone be so kind.

A brilliant service which saves me a 50 mile round trip to the hospital pharmacy.
I am notified as to when to expect the delivery. They always keep to the expected time frame. All the drivers are friendly and respectful. They ensure that the prescription is correct for my husband before handing it over. Jason PA33 was our driver today. Excellent as always.

Appalling service
Your tracking still doesn't work properly. There's never an agent available either. Since you've started to charge for Wickes delivery your service has gone down hill
