While my experience with the consultant on advising me with an investment aligned to my requirements had been a fairly smooth process with no force-fitting or hard-sell; the subsequent experience went downhill.
On one hand, the developer kept pushing out completion dates (which is common with development projects, but transparency is key) - first it was March of 2024, which moved to April, then June, then August and now potentially October (blamed weather first, and now council) when the progress pretty much suggested these earlier deadlines were never going to be met. On the other hand, CityRise found out things like needing landlord licenses was mandatory and stated this is not something they can support - recommending a different agency altogether from this point who charged a bomb to get started.
Bottomline, the apartment has still not been delivered and the persistent message I keep getting is whether I would like to go and check the progress myself - which clearly isn't going to help.
I am still going with 3 stars as the people you reach out to at CityRise are at least responsive and largely my experience has been marred by what has been an appalling project by the developer. CityRise have also been customer centric by trying to find ways they can help an investor when things go south with the developer.

Really great experience with these guys.
Give the right recommendations, always available to answer queries & smooth end to end process.
The overall team specially Billy & Laura kept me posted of the progress.

100% without a doubt the best rental agency I have ever had the pleasure of using. Between Fran Addison and Ryan Temple the pair of them have been absolute god sends when it comes to response time, keeping me updated with progress and just overall being the most helpful, informative and welcoming to me and my partner at Grosvenor House in Wakefield. Their service alone is the only reason we renewed tenancy for a second year. I really cannot put across how much we have enjoyed our tenancy and a lot of that comes down the spectacular service of these two individuals.

Fran was really great and proactive, and provided a very swift service where I was kept up to date. I was expecting the whole process to take weeks, but Fran sorted it in close to a week

The process was easy from start to end, but I have to thank Amber for all her support from the beginning she makes you feel secure and comfortable as those decisions sometimes are not easy to make
