I was addressed by city lending to help me get out of the situation of lowering my interest rate or help me get a newer car with getting out of the high interest rates I was paying I was able to get a brand new car almost half the interest rate that I was paying I'm completely overwhelmed with gratitude cause earlier this year I tried to go back to same car lot I purchased that car from after paying faithfully for 2 years and not ever being late they weren't able to help me after they had told me they would so if u have your doubts don't hold back anymore you could be as happy as me it only took few hours to which worked out even better

I received an offer to assist with getting into a newer car. I was hesitant but they made it very comfortable for me to make a decision and direct me to the car dealership. Everyone was very friendly and non harassing which made everything go smooth for me.

They were really nice . And helped me go towards what I needed. did what they could. Then a couple days later checked to see how every thing went with car pros kia. So just really thoughtful and took the time to take care of a customer. Which was awesome.

Thanks to City Lending!
Because of City Lending, I was able to get out of a high intrest loan car, into a lower interest loan car, with no down payment, even after the lender payed off a $25,333.00 upside down payment owed on the traded car. And the good thing about it is, my notes is only $89.00 a month higher than the other car. And 47,789 miles less on the car. And no cracked windshield, or bad scratches, or tires. At first when I went no one approached…
At first when I went no one approached me, so I did feel kinda of Leary. Once I did meet up with the contact person he made me feel welcome.. very pleasant staff... all questions were answered and I didn’t expect to walk out with a new car.....I’m very happy and already shared my experience with others
