Awesome customer service

Very professional and concerned company they called me back to check to make sure I got to the dealership as well as called the dealership for me and find out the hours of operation! Awesome customer service..not many companies will do that..they normally tell you goggle it but not this company..thank you!!

City Lending is awesome!

I received a letter in the mail from City Lending about refinancing or purchasing a new vehice from a local dealer. I decided, for the first time,to contact City Lending, I was pre-approved for a certain amount for a vehicle purchase and an appointment was set up for the next day at the dealer. My contact at City Lending let me know what I needed to bring to the appointment and who to talk to. I ended up buying a new vehicle and the process was so fast! I had my vehicle in 1 1/2 hours! I am positive this is due to being pre-approved by City Lending. I really recommend using City Lending to get pre-approval or refinance your vehicle! Mahalo!
