I walked into the dealership not knowing what kinda car I wanted. The sales man greeted me in a respectful manner, He understood I was not sure what I wanted and I wanted something In my budget. He showed me a few cars which he said I could test drive which I did not want to do. We talked numbers which sounded great. His boss also worked with me he was very patient . They had me waiting in the waiting room while they worked a good deal which was relaxing for me. They was just great I walked out with a 2018 Ford Focus which I had no plans on trading in my car for a new car great experience . 1-10 I give them a 10

In my honest opinion, the salesmen were somewhat straightforward, although I did get a new car off my trade in, I feel I could have gotten a better deal. The fact that my 2015 ford fusion was fully loaded, I got a 2018 vehicle that's partially loaded. I was expecting equal value for my trade
