Never had any problems with them all good

On phoning City Insurance first thing on a Monday morning in September I was connected to a very nice, helpful and informative person. On taking the policy out the information for me was sent within a few minutes of ending the conversation via email. On returning my "authorisation" with one very small query I again had a pleasant email in response. It was a painless pleasant way to get my vehicle insured at a competitive price. Very impressed.

All positive including best value on comparison sites. The policy docs arrived promptly and showed exactly what I've bought. I even got a voucher for £20 of Texaco fuel because I'd used confused.com in finding the deal. First rate all round.

Call centre excellent, quotes excellent, just moved to this company best by far!

A good service, had dealings with one person all through my policy renewal. Not like some insurance companies who are very disloyal to there customers. Happy to recommend them.

City Insurance are efficient, competitive and good communicators. They actively looked for a better quote for me when my insurance was due for renewal and saved me money. Great service

Cancellation charges are not stated in original terms and conditions. States £50 +vat. When you cancel it is £75 + Vat and also you have to pay 15% of commission back to them. Nothing is stated In your terms and conditions when you take the policy out.

Professional, efficient, excellent value with no hidden extras.

Not great customer service, late payment charges are £30 a time which is extortionate if you miss your direct debit this is automatically added even if you call direct.

I got car insurance with them wich started a few months ago, and I am pretty happy with them. Really easy and good staff

City Insurance were really efficient and helpful. They were also the best value for my motor insurance.

So far very happy changed car after few weeks but no problems changed over for me few pound more but in fairness was more expensive car.
