Really good!
I was working with Set from Cityhomes to get an apartment in Amsterdam, and I couldn't be more happy with the result. Everything was open, flexible and easy - we were in contact as much as needed and everything went as smoothly as it can in my opinion.

Excellent service!
Excellent service! Me and my friend was looking for an apartment in Amsterdam and had a hard time finding a place ourselves. But we got in touch with Set that works for the Relocator service, and he found us the perfect place. Not only did he fix all the paperwork/contracts, he answered all our questions, and also helped us when we were moving into the apartment. I strongly recommend this service, especially if you are foreigner moving to Amsterdam.

Cityhomes heeft ons snel geholpen aan een nieuwe woning, duidelijke communicatie en snelle afhandeling van de zaken, zoals inspectie, contract en sleuteloverdracht. Ook daarna nog een paar keer contact gehad om te checken of wij tevreden waren en of CityHomes nog iets voor ons kon doen.

Totally recommended
City homes helped me find my current tenants and it was a very good experience . While in the beginning the process seemed rather slow, they managed to find the tenants even earlier than expected. They understood perfectly what kind of people I was looking for and they found the perfect match to my needs with great professionalism. Totally recommended!

Only able to rip us off
Really bad agency, don’t use it. I was a tenant with them for two years, Jan was the only decent person that worked there. Gwen, one of the people that work there and sometime we had to contact was extremely rude, even though we were paying them so much money for finding a house they would always be dismissive and unhelpful. They were supposed to help us with burocracy stuff and taxes and they NEVER did. We arrived at the house and it was nice but carpet and curtains were really dirty and at the end of the tenancy they charged us for extensive cleaning! So they were completely unhelpful during all the time in the house, just to rip us off at the end of the agreement. the house was in vad conditions far before we arrived, dirty curtains and dirty furniture
. In the end 300€ of our deposit was taken away for cleaning which is crazy dishonest.

We are very sorry that you have such a bad feeling about us! We do our upmost best to serve our clients, either landlord or tenant, to their expectations.
As we work for the landlord, he/she is the person who asks us to find un reliable tenant which suits the apartment. You and your flatmate were good tenants, you paid the rent on time and the landlord was happy with you.
At the moment we deliver the apartment to the new tenants we fill in a check report accompanied with a series of pictures, which we use at the end of the rental period. As follows, according to the check-in report and pictures, a professional cleaning which was done by a third party was necessary so that the apartment would be delivered in the same condition as you received it.
I hope we have been clear about our duties, but feel free to call us.
