Excellent experience from start to finish. Dr. Vasiliki was professional, gave me clear options and the procedure was quick and painless ( I got three skin tags/moles removed). Enjoyed the conversation too! 10/10 recommend.

I am really happy with my experience at City Dermatology. Dr Giulia and her assistant were very thorough, explained the procedure to me and were very careful. I felt in safe hands. The receptionist Jess was very cheerful and polite. They did everything in the same appointment for me and accomodated any personal needs I had.

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience. I contacted City Dermatology Clinic about skin tag removal and was seen within 24 hours, leaving very satisfied with the results.
The team were welcoming and professional throughout. Dr Amir’s calm manner during the procedure was very reassuring, and it was completed painlessly and efficiently.

Great Service!
All the staff were very friendly. It was very easy to book the appointment. Dr. Giulia was very welcoming. she explained everything to me and make me feel in good hands. The procedure (cyst removal) was quick and didn't hurt. I definitely recommend this clinic.

Mole removal
Came in for a check-up on a suspicious mole that needed an elliptical excision biopsy.
Dr Vasiliki was very friendly and professional, and so was the assistant Aofie. Felt very cared for, before, during, and after the procedure.

I cannot recommend this clinic enough. Dr. Jana Torres-Grau did an outstanding job and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. She has wonderful bedside manner and made me feel completely at ease and very well cared for throughout my appointment.

Great experience
Really this place is the gold standard in patient care from booking through to treatment - and I am fussy! I was running a bit late for my appointment and the team (Jessica the receptionist) were very understanding and I was seen immediately on arrival. Dr Reza and his assistant Aoife put me immediately at ease and talked me through each step. Treatment was smooth and aftercare information clear and reassuring. I couldn’t ask for more. Cyst removal
Used City Dermatology for a cyst removal. I submitted an online request and was called back within 30 mins and arranged an appointment within a few days. On the day the City team were friendly and professional. Procedure was undertaken by Dr.Nicki, whole process took less than 40 minutes inc the initial consultation and was pain free - I felt comfortable throughout the procedure. What to do post procedure was fully explained and I was given extra dressings to use at home. Based on my experience I would thoroughly recommend.

Seborrhoeic Keratosis Removal
I had an appointment at the clinic for a Seborrheic Keratosis removal. Was seen by Sarah, who from start to finish,
Explained the procedure that she was going to take. I never felt any pain, the procedure was very quick. The staff were very welcoming, I would definitely visit this clinic again.

The whole team I encountered was kind and caring. They made sure that I understood everything before and after the procedure. Mr Reza Alamouti is obviously an expert in his field and I felt completely safe and comfortable in his hands. I highly recommend the City Dermatology Clinic to anyone. Don’t hesitate - get yourself down there and get sorted!
Only one suggestion - they didn’t hear the doorbell, so it’s worth calling if you get no response upon arrival 👍

Highly recommend for mole consultation/removal
I visited the clinic for a mole check/removal with Dr Reza Alamouti.
The clinic had a very calming atmosphere and the service was quick and efficient but did not feel at all rushed, even though I was in and out in ~10 minutes. Dr Alamouti and all the staff were very kind. I had the advice of the consultation, the procedure and aftercare well explained. I felt well informed and in good hands.
Highly recommend.
