Siamo andati a Portofino ed è stato tutto perfetto. L’autista Marco è bravissimo e Marta, la tour guida, simpatica e gentile.

ALAA muito atenciosa, atenta, sorridente e fala muito bem . Foi tudo maravilhoso. Stefano ótimo motorista tivemos um espetáculo de passeio. O lugar é lindo a estrada é linda. Vale a pena.

Helaas geen goede ervaring. De groene bus rijd om de 90 minuten, maar het aantal aanmelding kan hierdoor niet verwerkt worden. Dit resulteert in overvolle bussen. Ook de audio waar mee word geadverteerd werkt niet.

Veel reviews die worden geplaatst en positief zijn, met name op get your guide, lijken IA te zijn. Trap er niet in.

Ho avuto il piacere di sfruttare questo servizio nella splendida Genova, e devo dire che l’esperienza è stata resa ancora più speciale grazie a Francesca e Alaa. Ieri era il 6 aprile - il mio compleanno e che bel regalo mi ha fatto il mio marito: il giro in città con il bus, ho conosciuto le due ragazze che lavorano all’interno del bus: l’autista Francesca e la hostess Alaa, bravissime, simpaticissime, professionali e preparatissime ad aiutare tutti e dare le info necessarie.

Tuvimos una experiencia excelente hoy, 23 de marzo de 2026, gracias a nuestros guías Viviana e Iván.

Desde el inicio, ambos demostraron gran profesionalismo, conocimiento y una actitud muy cercana que hizo todo mucho más ameno. Viviana explica con mucha claridad y transmite una energía muy positiva, mientras que Iván estuvo siempre atento a cada detalle, asegurando que todo saliera perfecto.

Se nota cuando las personas disfrutan lo que hacen, y eso marcó totalmente la diferencia en la experiencia. No solo aprendimos mucho, sino que realmente la pasamos muy bien.

Totalmente recomendados. Si tienen la oportunidad de hacer el tour con ellos, no lo duden.

We had a highly disappointing experience with the CitySightseeing hop-on hop-off service and would strongly recommend opting for Big Bus or Roma City Tour instead.

Key reasons to avoid CitySightseeing:

1. Excessive Wait Times: The number of buses in operation is very limited. Although the company advertises a 20-minute frequency, actual wait times can extend up to 40 minutes. At Stop 6, we saw three Big Bus and three Roma City Tour buses pass before a single CitySightseeing bus arrived.

2. Inadequate Seating: Even when a bus finally arrives, there is no assurance of getting a seat. Buses often come already full, forcing passengers to wait for the next one and significantly delaying the journey.

3. Unprofessional Staff: We were traveling with a stroller, and despite visible space on the bus, the driver refused to let us board. No explanation was provided, and we were instructed to wait until everyone else had boarded, which was unnecessarily rude and inconvenient.

Overall, the service felt poorly managed, unreliable, and customer-unfriendly. For a smoother, more enjoyable sightseeing experience in the city, we strongly recommend choosing Big Bus or Roma City Tour instead.

Great tour from Genua to Portofino. The driver was excellent, I felt safe. The tour guide was fantastic, a lot of infos, and good energy.

Lunedì in occasione del salone nautico di Genova abbiamo visitato Genova con il servizio Citysightseeing e pur essendoci stato un problema per una manifestazione in atto, che l'ha impedito dopo mezz'ora che transitavamo, siamo stati risarciti totalmente del biglietto. Per quel poco vissuto è stato comunque una bella esperienza, peccato non compiuta nella sua totalità ma l'essersene presi la responsabilità è stato un valore aggiunto di pochi quindi oltre ad essere ben organizzati con un personale gentile hanno anche rilevato GRANDE serietà nella gestione

Man bekommt während der Busfahrt nichts zu sehen. Der Busfahrer hat nur Mühe sich durch den Verkehr zu quälen. Es ist nirgends ersichtlich, wann der nächste Bus kommt. Die Reisebetreuerin im Bus scheint völlig überfordert. Insgesamt ist also Geld zum Fenster hinausgeworfen und nur ewiges Warten auf den nächsten Bus.

Consigliatissimo. Non sarebbe stato possibile cogliere la bellezza estesa di Genova in un giro a piedi. La guida ha aiutato a percepire di quanta più storia ricordiamo è impregnata la città.
