Hussain Ali - Great Trainer!
I really enjoyed the way Hussain ran the course and kept us engaged throughout. He kept the interest without just following a PowerPoint. He answered all relevant questions and explained them very efficiently and effectively. Very happy with the training provided by him.

SMSTS refresher training
I was doing the SMSTS 2 day refresher on line. Found the process from enrolling to getting on line very easy. Good communication from instructor (Paul) clarifying all information required before course starting. Course was on time either enough breaks. Paul made the course enjoyable with a mix of PowerPoint presentations, videos and class discussions regarding site issues that other site managers have had. Thanks again and would recommend this course for your refresher
