Learning materials are very helpful
Learning materials are very helpful, good having people on hand to assist. The setting up at home for the exam can be a bit overwhelming just before an exam, it was a lot to think about and plan for. I move about a lot and sat the exam at my partners so it was hard to set up before the exam. Also a bit of a drag having to download google chrome.
Exam was well paced and well set out. Timer and notifications were helpful.

The examination set up and completion tends to be the hardest part, unfortunately we work with a number of accrediting bodies and do not select the proctoring services - but we will pass on your comments to improve for future participants. Hopefully it didn't distract too much from the actual examination, you got a great score!

Everything went great
Have absolutely no bad things to say. From the help I got setting up the account (I was paying through work so needed to be invoiced) to the course and exam prep, it all went perfectly. I took the APM Project Fundamentals and passed, getting 87%.

Would recommend
The course is very good and useful. The virtual online examination set up is a bit of a faff with screen recording, webcams and a separate camera filming you throughout.

Overall Positive Experience
Overall a generally very positive experience - and very friendly team.
A remote exam of this format is a new experience for me, so did take some thought to get everything set-up.
This may not be possible, but if there was a way to make the process easier for taking the exam via a work laptop/device, that would be helpful.
Very pleased to have passed the exam and would very much like to move onto the full accredited course.

I found the course materials easy to use and informative. The mock exam at the end really helped me highlight the areas in which a little extra revision was required.
