They were advertised as they heated up with a push of the button. It’s not a button they do not heat up they are rubbish do not waste your money

Do not order from this company. I ordered 2 pairs of gloves, both the same size. They both have small on them, the 4 gloves are all diff sizes on, I have 1 glove out of the 2 pairs that fit. They are refusing to give me a refund. They are telling me I can’t send them back even though they have agreed they are all different sizes. I didn’t even want to give this company 1 star. There should be an option of none 😡

Absolute Rubbish. I tried to return and purchase larger size,they wouldn’t have it!! I asked for a refund I got offered 3.00.Emails coming back and forth continuously they are not interested once they have your money.Please take my advice stay clear………..

I ordered a model motorcycle via facebook. In the video it showed that it had an ignition key, the rear wheel turned when revved and smoke comes from the exhaust. The cost was £22.00. On arrival it did none of the above and was exactly the same one I got from Temu, which cost £8.00. These are SCAMMERS as they keep saying I got what I ordered. They are also LIARS. Do not buy frm these people.

I didn’t receive my order and can’t get them to refund or replace because they cannot understand my problem or what I’m saying in multiple emails

I ordered a dryer vent lint removal vacuum attachment at a cost of about $40. It took 2 months after the order was placed to arrive, despite multiple notices from the company that it was on the way. I used it once and the flexible tube that is the only way to connect the attachment to the vacuum cleaner has already developed a hole and so won’t work. It is a cheap piece of plastic junk. If I could give this vendor zero stars, I would. Don’t waste your money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - they are a complete scam and will not give a refund, they offered me £3 compensation, what a joke!

This company is a SCAM!!! I ordered gloves on the 2nd of December as a Xmas gift and they are yet to arrive. I can see they are apparently in Belfast but unsure why its taking over a month to arrive. I have emailed them to enquire and they have blatantly lied in their poorly written email. They claim the parcel was delivered to the post office and the post office returned the parcel to sender and they have received it. So now they want to charge me and additional fee if I want to get them redelivered. Total scam as am out of pocket for an item that was never delivered and they are refusing to refund me... What kind of stupidity is that.

Useless gloves, actually says ‘wind stopper’ on the gloves. My response to that? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Well, I’ve been ripped off, this review won’t bother them, but please DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO PURCHASE CirculationK waterproof, thermal gloves. They are NOT waterproof, they are NOT thermal, they look incredibly cheap, AND they don’t even cover your wrist, falling at the base of your hand, so the wind gets straight down the gloves, ( they’re baggy too ) and doesn’t bridge the gap between your sleeve and the glove. CHEAP SUMMER LIGHT GARDENING GLOVE QUALITY.

If i could give zero stars i would. Ordered gloves weeks ago ready for my hubby starting his next round of chemo. Item is still in the US. He will be finished tge cycle before they arrive. Asked for a refund got told no. Absolutely disgusting service. Do not use this company

They have taken £3.75 more than I authorised on Apply Pay. Apple Pay is not as secure as I thought. Beware.

This company operate under many different names and are fleecing ,millions through Facebook ads. They do it in small amounts. I for example lost 9.99, They are using AI and glossy appealing design led items at very low prices to lure people in. You are unlikely to receive any goods or refund, they have automated responses to drag this out in the hope you simply go away. Facebook needs to be held accountable for this. I as a matter of principle will not buy a single thing advertised on Facebook, especially sponsored pages. This is the world we live in. These operators are all over the world including India, Russia and China, so in essence they scam with impunity.

I have had money taken from my account more than what the total was I emailed within an hour to cancel order but heard nothing, they shipped it anyway and it took over a month arrived after Christmas and is terrible quality with me keep emailing and having no response what so ever can anyone help!!!???

After ordering I cancelled no more than an hour after. They blatantly ignored my emails asking them to cancel order and refund my money, and finally after the item had been dispatched, They “lost” my emails requesting cancellation, then emailed me to say I have to accept the delivery and decide wether to keep or not! damn cheek!

After waiting over a month for a product, I recieve this email.

"We are so sorry for what happened.
As we checked, your parcel has been returned by your local post office
What’s more, this parcel will not be returned to our original warehouse, which means we can not receive the parcel neither.

1. If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee.
2. If you would like a refund, we can refund you, but we have to minus the shipping fee and the loss of the product from the refund.

Awful customer service, I never even recieved a product and they're either deducting money from my refund or going to cost me more money for another product. I suspect no product was even sent and they're a scam.

They don't deserve even one star. Order an item wrong one came they are saying they have sent the right item. Even though I have sent pictures of item I ordered and the item I received Offered I think £2 compensation. Please read these reviews and do not order with this company. I will be raising an issue with PayPal.

Ordered underwear that was tiny considering that I had ordered XL,
Emailed them several times and offered me a pittance considering how much I had paid out for the items in the 1st place, They are stating that shipping fees would be colossal considering that they are trading from Slough Industrial estate.
