I ordered a watch in November that was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Circa Watch Labs promises 3–5 days to make it and 7–12 business days to ship it. Easy math, it should totally arrive before December 25th, right?
Wrong.
The watch never came. The tracking website they gave me had a status of "Status Unknown." I bought a replacement gift elsewhere and moved on. Then, in January (a full month after the expected delivery) I reached out to ask for a refund. They said they'd "look into it" and then... disappeared.
So I did what any reasonable person would do: I disputed the charge with my bank. And wouldn't you know it, the moment my bank got involved, Circa Watch Labs suddenly found their voice again.
That's when things got fun.
Without asking me, they shipped a “replacement” watch. When I said I'd already canceled and didn't want it, they told me I was committing fraud. They threatened IC3 cybercrime reports. Debt collection agencies. Legal action. All because I asked for a prepaid return label for a watch I never authorized, never wanted, and ended up arriving over three months after my original order.
Oh, and the cherry on top? In their IC3 complaint (Yes, they actually filled one against me), they claimed the watch was delivered on January 11th. Their own email to me confirms it arrived February 21st. A 40-day difference. In a legal document.
The bank sided with me. I won the dispute. And after that? I was so fed up with this entire experience that I threw the package straight in the trash without even opening it. Felt great.
Now, I fully expect the customer service team to reply to this review and call me a liar, that seems to be their signature move. But I have a paper trail of every single email, every threat, and every contradiction fully documented. The facts speak for themselves.

You claim no order or tracking info matches this review. Interesting, because I have a full email thread with your customer service rep Luka dating back to January 2026, along with your own tracking link that you sent me personally. I'd love to hear how those don't match any records.
Let me address your bullet points one by one:
"Watch never came" — correct, the original order never came. A replacement was shipped without my consent, after I had already canceled. These are two separate events, which seems to be a concept your team struggles with.
"Bank gave a full refund after product arrival" — the bank reviewed the full documentation, including your team's own emails, and sided with me. They are professionals who do this for a living. They were not fooled.
The mail fraud claim — you already filed an IC3 report on me. The IC3 complaint you submitted claimed the watch was delivered on January 11th. Your own email to me confirms it arrived February 21st. That's a 40-day discrepancy in a legal document. If anyone should be worried about the accuracy of their claims, it isn't me.
I didn't ask for a replacement. I didn't authorize a replacement. I canceled before it shipped and received no response until after it was already in transit. I offered repeatedly to return it and was refused a prepaid label each time. I followed my bank's guidance throughout the entire process and won.
Every email, every timestamp, every contradiction is documented. I welcome the verification process you're suggesting, my bank already completed theirs.
The facts don't "not add up." They just don't add up in your favor.

The irony of being accused of “textbook mail fraud” by a company that can’t keep its own story straight is crazy.
You’ve filed reports, sent threats, and written paragraphs about ‘fraud.’ Meanwhile, the bank reviewed everything and still ruled for me. I got my money back. You lost. That’s the scoreboard.

I originally ordered two watches from Circa WatchLabs: a Seiko Mod Day-Date and a Royal Oak Seiko Mod.
The Royal Oak has been completely fine, but unfortunately the Day-Date had a defect where the hands would catch on the applied logos and Roman numerals on the dial, eventually bending and breaking. To their credit, their team was initially very helpful and sent a replacement watch.
However, the replacement developed the exact same issue, which suggests a design or clearance problem with that specific model.
I contacted them again because both the original and replacement watches are now defective and I simply wanted to return them and receive a refund under warranty. Unfortunately, for more than a week now I have received no response at all, despite multiple attempts to contact them.
At this point I still have both watches, both are defective, and I cannot get any communication from the company regarding a refund or resolution.
It’s disappointing because the customer service was good at the beginning, but the complete lack of response when trying to resolve the issue properly has left me stuck with defective watches.
I hope they will respond and resolve this situation.

The shipping times were a little extended due to the holidays, so make sure to plan accordingly.
The customer support was very helpful, and if I had any questions, they were answered. I am quite satisfied with my watch and would purchase from here again.
These are scammers who steal your money, false return/exchange promises, cheap looking fake plastic watches. They pretend your shipment didn’t get returned and then they gaslight you for 6 months. The shipment won’t arrive for a full 2 months and then you’ll have another 4 months of issues. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Might as well donate your money to charity
UPDATE: They keep trying to remove my review and suggest it’s intended for another business. Typical behavior of con artists who know they are not worth $1.
UPDATE 2: Your policy is worse than that of thieves. You don’t honor any returns or exchanges and you certainly don’t accept them even after months of trying to.

I ordered a watch on Nov 30th, never received any updates on my order other than the order was placed. I paid for expedited shipping. I have reached out to the company multiple times and have never received a response. I'm very disappointed as this seemed to be one of the more trustworthy online mod watch shops.

Jubilee bracelet broke while I was typing. I had only worn it a handful of times. I was extremely careful in my handling of this (and all of my) watches.
ADDENDUM AS OF 11/25/2025:
I had originally posted this review with a pseudonym for fear of reprisal from the company Circa Watch Labs for posting a negative review. Well, sure enough, he did retaliate against me by "doxxing" me: Circa Watch Labs (CWL) posted my personal info in the reply to my review. Luka from CWL said he posted the customer's information because it didn't match and that he doubted that "Nathan" was their customer. In that case, WHY DID YOU POST the PERSONAL INFO of your customer?
If this is how you treat paying customers, how do you treat others?
Also, your initial response was so rude (and absolutely in the wrong) when you claimed I was lying when I said that your cheap watch bracelet broke. Luka said that for a bracelet to break "would be strange and unheard of." Well, maybe your bracelets are of very poor quality then. So I then sent you pictures of the broken watch. You have reviewed the pictures and told me you would send me a piece to fix it.
I would never do business with this company.

The watch itself is great. But the bands are a disaster. The extra band that I ordered doesn’t fit in the watch and the metal band is very poor quality and I can’t even make it one link smaller.

I ordered both the Royal Oak and the Daytona.
The Royal Oak was perfect — 5 stars.
The Daytona, however, was a disappointment. Do not order the Meteorite dial version; it’s just a printed design, not actual meteorite, and the difference is obvious even from a distance.
