An ISP worthy of your consideration
CipherWave provides great customer service. They have an excellent product stack from hosted servers, PABX systems, VM backups & replication, network security devices, home or business internet, disaster recovery environments to security tests for auditing purposes. This is but a handful of what is available.
Their support staff are very accommodating assisting with technical questions, managed support and providing after hours support on our timetable when really needed. Their experienced staff often assisting us with our various technical queries and aiding with 3rd party integrations where needed.
They do frequent catchups to ensure provided services function within expectations and provide insight into new services and tech that they are rolling out.
CipherWave in general has met and exceeded our expectations and in certain cases went out of their way to procure the necessary hardware and expertise where necessary.
We have walked a long road with them, and they always rose to the occasion. If we had a problem for which they didn't at present have an answer for, they would do their best to find a solution.
Every now and then one has to look at the market to ensure you are getting the best value for your time and money. In that regard, we have yet to find another solutions provider that offers comparable value for our business.
