the worst finance manager that i spoken…
the worst finance manager that i spoken to. Call as manager but cant behave. waiting for ceo or any higher management to call me 88896533. i will lay out all the evidence against their so call finance manager. To people outside there. Do not take item from them. When there is problem with the device they cant be bother. so whoevwr the higher management who tead this pls call me.

Need to wait 2 weeks to get the phone
The system deducts the money on 2 may but show that the phone is on the way but up till 5 may still don’t have any new so I contacted them and they say it’s will take 2 weeks to deliver. In your website show that it’s only take 3 to 5 working day how come I need to wait for 2 week ? It’s was so unfair because the monthly is on the 2nd of the month and yet still haven’t get the phone. Really bad customer service and also the system

Early payment still gets your phone locked
Do not pay early
The system locked my phone twice in 2 days as the payment was not reflected in the system . Eventhogh I have uploaded manual payment and updates them it still got lock. Really frustrating

Trying to purchase a Samsung phone. Unfortunately the version I preferred was unavailable.
Nevertheless happy wif the quick replies from Cinch. And will certainly want to look for other items to buy from them.
