Improved service!
Initially had a hiccup with the wrong cigars received and difficulty with the customer service, but the owner came back to me and sorted it all out. I'm very happy now and would definitely recommend them. Good quality cigars!

Lying to your customers
I dont mind paying for quality items and of course dont mind paying for the delivery but than my expectation is what is says I am paying for, if you state 24 - 48 hours delivery that will be my expectation. I had to email for a week till I got a response, I tell you Peter the bigest disapointment for a customer is you lie, please - honesty would had took you a lot further you missed posting my order and you did post after a week you could have just apologise and that would have been the end of it but lying it got lost .....
Unfortunetly it was my first order and I will not be ordering anymore from you

I purchased 2 Romeo y Julieta Aged Churchill's, it was my first purchase from Cigars of Cuba and I was testing the water, they arrived within a couple of days. I subsequently purchased a box of 25 Romeo Y Julieta Churchill's they arrived the next day. I'm very happy

Excellent customer experience
I placed an order in the run up to Christmas for a box of cigars. The order was dispatched promptly and arrived quickly, well packaged and in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend cigarsofcuba (A.A. Lloyd & Son) as an excellent company to purchase from.

Great service. I had a problem with delivery (Royal Mails fault!) And had to email as I had a query. The responses were very quick and professional. The cigars are very good quality. Will order again :-).

Bad Services
Placed an order on the website on 13th April receipt of payment everything now. Their website says my account exist really not happy as for a first time customer. I have been send email to them ,but no reply. I spent close to GBP900 on my very first order. now not even sure if it will arrive!

You are in China and as it states on the website we cant export out of the UK anywhere in the world due to tobacco having to have the correct health warnings in the country of consumption. - we told you this and refunded right away?? You didn't seem to understand so we emailed using a translator tool in Chinese, not sure what else we could do?! Sincerely Peter Lloyd Director

Unbelievable service !! Almost instant ( 10 mins ! ) response to Email question. Ordered late Saturday - arrived Monday . Cigars are excellent quality. Cannot recommend cigarsofcuba enough
