Caio Italy a top notch choice for your travel needs! I worked with Fabiana who was amazing to say the least. The attention to detail was above and beyond. Fabiana set up a Lambrusco private wine tour for us from Bologna, a golf cart tour in Rome and Private Vatican tour which also included the need for a wheelchair. When Fabiana heard one of the people in my group could not make a tour due to illness. She messaged me immediatley to make sure I didnt need anything and that-that person was OK! I highly recommend Caio Italy!

We were introduced to Ciao Italy through our amazing Travel Agent Laura Indelicato from Solamar Travel Bureau on Staten Island, N.Y. We told our Agent Laura that we wanted to go on a first-time family vacation to Venice, Rome, Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. We worked with Laura and Ciao Italy for many months and they put together an amazing itinerary. They planned many tours and Laura made numerous restaurant reservations at the most delicious and home cooked restaurants in all the regions of Italy that we visited. All were so fantastic that we still can't stop talking about them. From start to finish our trip was just perfect. We had private drivers to pick us up and bring us to our destination always on time. All the people that were associated with Ciao Italy were very knowledgeable, professional and they all became our private tour guides and friends. This made our trip so enjoyable. The Hotels suggested by our Travel Agent were all top-notch, service impeccable with the most gorgeous views and all the breakfasts so delicious. We can't thank Laura Indelicato and Ciao Italy enough for working so hard and diligently in putting together such an amazing and a most memorable family vacation. Every aspect of our adventure was wonderful. The venues visited, our guides, the hotels and particularly our driver for the week, Fabio. He was informative, courteous, always on time and a very safe driver.

The trip and the arranged accommodations were perfect. The easy access to the history the food was spectacular. We never had to wait for transportation, and we were promptly greeted be yet another "crazy" Italian driver. I enjoyed the symphony of how the Italians deal with insane motor vehicle traffic on ancient streets. My wife not so much.

Ciao Italy did an amazing job planning our touring plans, down to every detail. As someone who usually plans everything themself, it was refreshing to leave the planning to someone else. Transfers were all on time and professional, tours and their guides were accurate and enjoyable, and it was all built for us. In Venice, our guide Laura was amazing, it was like she was our personal city guide. She went above and beyond helping us navigate our private water taxi transfers and train departure on our last day. In Rome, the Food Tour and Golf Cart tour exceeded our expectation, and highly recommend these. When our train took an hour long detour due to track work and we risked missing a tour, through Ciao Itaty's What's App chat feature, we were able to communicate our concerns and Ciao Italy's representive was able to contact the tour operator and move it to another day. My only criticism is on our glass blowing demonstration, which was amazing, we felt like the next 30+ minutes was a sales pitch to buy an item in their showroom. Regardless of this, I will definitely recommend Ciao Italy's when planning an Itailan Adventure!

With so many choices when booking travel, I can always trust Ciao Italy for a great outcome.

We had a day tour of Pisa, a winery, San Gimiganano and Siena. Basically we got bused and dropped off at each site. I saw other tour guides giving detailed information about the site and its significant. We got
dumped and given very little information. It was so disappointing to hear so little about the site and its significance. We didn't have enough time to go in catherial. Again at San Gimiganano we were dropped off at the location with no background or history from our tour guide. Why are we paying for a tour if we get no guidance of what is important to look for? The winery was ok, the wines did not really taste good. And the wines were overpriced for the value. The most disappointment came when we were told that we were not going into the catherial in Siena. No explanation of what was in the catherial and no guide. Our local tour guide was also disappointing. I paid out of pocket to get into the catherial and had no guidance. I had to look it up in the internet.
If we want to get a ride to places we would just get a bus ticket not book a tour. So very disappointing.

I worked with Renee to create several different trips for clients traveling for the first time to Italy. She made the process seamless and was so quick to be able to get answers. She kept me updated every step along the way with changes, etc. She was TRULY the best I've ever worked with!
