Huge scammer, ghosted me after giving me an offer letter and making me wait 2 months for it, and begged me to work with them a year ago, offered less pay than what was discussed. Do not work with Brittney

I’ve known this brand for years and pieces are always so unique and fit perfectly. I especially appreciate how well they communicate and that they ensured I was fully updated while waiting on my order to arrive. Thanks Ciao!!

Two stars is generous, because my suit actually came, but only after making a public TikTok video and blasting them for their abysmal business practices. They also emailed me and asked me to make a review, so here you go!

I ordered the Omega Blazer in December and the Omega Trousers in January. I did not receive either item until February after making a video about them, and they begged me in my DMs to delete the video stating that it was “disheartening” to their business. But you know what’s truly disheartening? After ordering, being told my order was not going to ship until December 30th. Then being told it would ship January 11th. Then being told it would ship January 22nd. Then being told it would ship January 30th. Then being told February 4th. THEN being told February 13th. May I also mention, none of these shipping dates were distributed until emailing the brand SEVERAL times to ask for updates on my order and being given the run around as to shipping dates. May I ALSO mention the utter lack of communication from the brand via email and social media; instead, they chose to turn off and delete comments on posts where other people were calling them a scam, demanding answers, or even asking for an update on an order. Additionally, I tried to extend this brand grace because it is a Black woman-owned business, and we typically do not get the same resources everyone else does. However, when you have celebrities getting custom orders, your founder is on Instagram living her best life, and people that have ordered in September, October, November, AND December still not receiving their items – grace is a luxury. A luxury that Ciao by CC claims to be but does not fit the standard. If you are having shipping delays and issues you need to communicate that. If there is a back up on fabric, orders, etc, then you need to communicate that. However, the lack of communication and absolute dismissal while you prepare to launch a bridal line is concerning. Will brides be waiting 3-4 months for items? Or will you attempt to satiate them with false shipping dates? Additionally, it was not stated anywhere on the website when I ordered that all items were presumed to be under preorder. How convenient when emailing for shipping updates did they decide to say everything is a preorder.

Anyway, save your time and money and order somewhere else. Though the items are beautiful, you could spend your money on getting an item from their website custom made or just ordering somewhere else.

And no, Ciao by CC, does a 10% discount do anything when you had me waiting MONTHS for a suit that over $300. Keep the 10% and give it to a bride who will have an unfortunate experience with you.

Ordered a Valentina Dress from this brand for Black Friday. I was hesitant because I saw the reviews after i purchased and it was pre order, however i received my dress and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! Wore it for my engagement party . The team was informative and my rep Amanda was extremely helpful, will shop again

I worked with Ciao by CC from October 2025 until November 2025 and it was a total scam. The owner did not pay the agreed amount on the contract and came up with several excuses and attempting to contact her was answered with silence and ghosting.
Not professional, unethical and disrespectful towards employees and clients. Do NOT work with this brand nor purchase from them.

I can’t believe how she continues to scam people. Brittney Campbell hires freelancers and then refuses to pay them. From what I’ve seen, this is a pattern, three people, including myself, were scammed by her. Customers are scammed as well. Be careful. Avoid working with her at all costs.

This company is a scam. You will not receive your product or a refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I lost my money.

Does not pay anyone who works for her! Models, photographers , social media team. Doesn’t return money back to customers when they return clothes. Stay very far away from Ciao by CC!

It’s a scam
I ordered three items, a coat, a dress and a kaftan in June, it is now January 2026 one cancelled piece (refunded) but the rest, no news, no refund, nothing…
I keep emailing costumer service and no response…

I placed an order in September, and it is now January 2026.
Every month, they come up with a new excuse for not shipping my order.

I have still received nothing. No product, no proper solution, just repeated delays and poor communication.

I strongly do not recommend buying from Ciao by CC. Based on my experience, this feels like a scam.

Absolutely love Ciao by CC! I received the Omega blazer and trousers right on time and in perfect condition. The quality and fit are amazing, and you can really tell how much care goes into the pieces. I can’t wait for the new collection to drop—I’ll definitely be buying more. Truly love this brand.

I’m sharing my experience as a freelance designer who worked with this brand.
I completed the agreed project and delivered the final files, but I never received payment for my work and my follow-up messages were ignored.
Because of this, I, unfortunately, cannot recommend working with this brand from a professional collaboration point of view.

A scam! Do not order from this brand! Ordered a kaftan on July, now October and I have no item and no refund. Was lied too on multiple occasions about the status of the order , I was even told it was shipped at one point and it was not. Was then told the order was cancelled due to issues with production then it was issued with customs. 2 weeks on from saying it was cancelled and a refund issued I still have no money back and I am now being totally ignored by them via email and social media. DO NOT ORDER!

This company took my money and never shipped my dress. They ignored my messages until I made a comment on one of their instagram posts about what they did (comment they obviously erased). Then they sent me what looked like a screenshot to show me my order had just been canceled because of “quality issues”. And they still have not refunded me my money so now I’ve to open a claim with my bank. This company is a scam.

DO NOT ORDER from this store. Waiting on order from August 13. It’s now September 19. No email communication and deleting Instagram comments. Very unprofessional. Changed shipping dates on website by 30 days without any notice and not responding to requests for cancellation and refund. Save yourself the headache.

This is a complete scam store, they don't deliver the quality products nor pay the salaries and payments to the contractor, the owner of this store is also a scam, think twice before working with them.

I am writing to address an issue with my recent order placed on July 6, 2024, which I completed via credit card. The order included the following items: The Quinn coat in yellow Kris suit blazer in purple The Michelle blazer in yellow and black Upon receiving the shipment, I found that the Michelle blazer was missing and the two items that did arrive were of poor quality. I have attempted to return the received items, but my request was declined. Additionally, I do not currently see an option to leave a review on the website. I kindly request a refund for the missing Michelle blazer and would appreciate it if you could accept the return for the items that were delivered. Thank you for your time and consideration.
