First time ordering 4 items including a squirrel feeder. And instead I recieved a 10litre bucket of mealworms and nothing else.!!

I have been buying products from Chubbys for some years now, its so easy to order items i buy mainly Mealworms from them mostly which are value for money highly recommend.

It’s very straightforward to browse online through the many excellent offers from Chubby Mealworms. I buy a lot of peanuts in shells from them and they always arrive well packaged. Checkout is easy to do. I and the wild birds and squirrels are very satisfied

Bought coconut fat feeders and balls. Very hard, not like ones I've had from other suppliers. Birds wouldn't touch them. Had to throw them all away. Customer service was deeply unhelpful told me to try the feeders in different areas which is nonsense as I've been feeding from the same place for years with no problem. Customer service from the US. DON'T BUY

Placed many orders over the last 6 months, big orders consisting of at least 80-120kg of wild bird feed per month (seed, fat pellets, peanuts and fat balls etc). Every single order has been dispatched the same day (Mon-Fri), and all of them turned up the next day in perfect condition with updates via email and updates via the DPD app. They have a wide choice which is handy when certain items are out of stock, there is always a good alternative.

I have been a regular customer for years! I guess that tells its own story. Great selection of produce and I do like that Amazon Ships, as they are always reliable.

I have been using this company for bird food for several years now as my last company stopped selling mealworms, which was a very bad move. Chubby has superb service, replying to messages within 24 hours max and shipping products either the same day of order or the following day, meaning delivery is always within 48 hours. Items get sent to me via Amazon shipping, and the courier has always (so far!) taken note of my delivery needs for not being in and also because I am disabled- a far cry from other couriers who dump in full view of the road without even ringing bell. My order last week seemed to be missing a bird feeder and my query was resolved within the hour with photos to show it was in the box, and on my further inspection it had got wrapped up in the paper stuffing and put in recycle bin. I was so grateful for their fast response as the bin was going out that day!
I cannot find fault with Chubby at all and even had a Christmas card included with my parcel that came today! They have a loyalty scheme where so many points generate a code for a specific £ discount. Their products are great quality and reasonably priced and I have had new birds in my garden for the first time since moving to Bradford in 2017, which has made me really happy😁.
