Seems a while now, but in Feb / March 2022 in structions detailed by Chronomics for me were complicated. I eventually made contact (over the phone) where i came across 'Ryan' who was a fantastic help digging me out of a hole which could have ruined my holiday.

Found the registration site very difficult to navigate-too many codes/numbers to find & enter. Also difficult to jump from site to camera & then return.
Why ask for passport no. & then not add it to certificate?

The only time I have used Chronomics was when we required Covid tests for our foreign holiday and everything went smoothly.

Horrendous!!! You hide behind emails no phone number to contact you don’t answer emails just appalling.
Thank God Covid is virtually finished as I would never use your company again. Your results were late for our flight and we had to use airport tests. On our return I asked for a refund but I was just blanked ( not possible) you provided result which were late that’s it. Checking out your company online I found the same story from many other customers of yours.

Apart from the cock up with TUI's very poor communications (with just about everyone concerned) regarding when our booking numbers appeared on the 'Chronomics' system, everything went to plan. All Chronomics communications were great, and all testing procedures went very well the day before our cruise. We will definitely use these guys again! :-)

This was the 2nd time this year using chronomics. Ordering online was easy and also, I did email them when I had a bit of difficulty the first time but they responded to me straight away. Once I knew how straightforward it was the 2nd time no problem. I printed them out on my printer instead of keeping the details on my phone, but that was my choice. I purchased the lateral flow tests. No problem with the company. Thank you

We were promised a refund months ago and are still waiting. Tried emails but they are ‘no reply’ or just not answered.
I responded to the request for more information but am still waiting for a response!!!!!

It took me hours (literally) to get the whole thing done. I started to doubt I would be able to make it to the airport on time!
Part of the problem was my fault. I thought Chronomics was Chronometrics.
Also speaking to a robot was not at all helpful. A REAL person would have been so much more reassuring but there was no live person helpline!!!

Placed order 12/06/2022 following visit to accident and emergency with suspected heart attack symptoms. Due to mistakes in communications between A&E and GP surgery, B12 test I was supposed to get at surgery didn't happen, so had to buy one from chronomics.
Carrier took about 6 attempts to deliver it, then I was supplied incorrect information by carrier and drove 12 miles to their depot and home again on one of the hottest days of the year, stressed and suffering palpitations, only to be told that I couldn't collect it from there and I would have to contact the company.
Finally got the parcel some days later - had to collect from a shop because driver couldn't be bothered parking and coming up to 3rd floor flat (again) but before I used it I got an e mail telling me that about 1/3rd of the kit was missing and I would have to wait until I got the missing items.
Once that happened, I duly did the test - filling the vial almost to the top - and tried to send it off. The information regarding the post office nearest to me that I could drop off the parcel at was incorrect and I ended up driving at rush hour close to the city centre, getting it to the next suitable PO with 15 minutes to spare.
Got the results - by this time, it's September - which stated that the sample was insufficient to give me any results.
I considered asking for a refund but when I read about how complicated this would be I just gave up. Life's too short - or may be....
I paid £40 to suffer stress, poison the planet unneccesarily driving around using up expensive diesel, and didn't get a result. I had a very bad experience and would not dream of reccommending Chronomics to anyone. Ever.

After an initial problem caused by a faulty test kit we contacted Chronomics and they promptly refunded our costs .

I requested a copy of my results of a Covid test back in march Annette who replied was quick and efficient with her reply, what more would you want thanks chronomics
Discovered that my kit did not contain the document with the registration number and hence I was not able to register my results. Trying to resolve this on line only led to going round in circles. No tel number available to resolve problem. My wife's kit was OK, although reporting results is quite complex for persons with limited IT knowledge.

Last year took ages to contact anyone to order an epigenetics test. My money was taken for a one-off test which never arrived. After much frustration in trying to find out why my test hadn't arrived, I got my money back.
A year on, I get an email saying that I had been 'subscribed' to a service that I did not receive or want and money would be taken from my account. And it is still a really difficult process to contact anyone.

Tests arrived but It when we tried to use this the bar code would not work bar code not found we had two tests happed to both, tried several times not working. I emailed the company but did not know how long they would answer we had to do the test that day. Got very concerned so arranged for test elsewhere at £50 each. Eventually got email given a different code and worked. Not the point said the other one also didn’t work got another code and worked. We got very stressed not knowing if they would work.
