I paid for 2 lateral flo tests in November then I had to upgrade our tests to pcr and paid a further £50. My holiday was cancelled and I cancelled my tests. I received the 1st payment of £37.98. I am three months down the line repeatedly putting in a requests for the rest of my refund only to receive apologies then the next email says your request is closed. Their telephone number doesn’t even connect. You can’t speak to anyone I’m sure it’s a computer messaging back I am 83 years old and I need that £50 I would advise anyone do not use this company they will only take your money.

Further to my review below. Chronomics rectified the situation promptly. Hence the change of star rating. I would still say they need a better channel of communication. Maybe they will look at this in the future.
I ordered 2 fit to fly LF tests in February as required at the time to visit Italy. On 01/03/2022 the rules changed. As I was within the 14 day cooling off period, I cancelled my order on the Chronomics portal as advised by Chronomics. Much to my disappointment I find the tests are being delivered today!!! I have tried emailing, but the address you provide is not monitored, and by using your chat service, which is only automated, therefore, I have not been able to speak to a person. This is the most frustrating company to deal with!

I received my tests but did not need to use them as the rules for travel to France changed. Unfortunately Chronomics would not accept a return and give me a refund. 2 weeks had passed and therefore they were not obliged to refund me under UK statutes.
Their customer service was essentially automated but I did eventually receive a personal email response after a week or so of trying to contact them.
After 2 years working as a doctor in the NHS through the pandemic, it's quite galling to have to pay so much for some unused lateral flow tests.
Thought I would write a review just to share my experience.

Ordered 2 fit to fly rapid antigen tests. Got an email saying it would arrive with courier between 4 and 5. Parcel came but with only 1 test inside. Not what you want before travelling. Caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Tried ringing chronomics but there customer service number is just a series of automated messages telling you to go online. It took 5 ways of contacting them, ringing, Facebook, 2 emails that bounced, filling a form in online. For them to eventually tell me it was coming the next day. Why send them in 2 different parcels on 2 different days? You know it's bad when there's actually a button on the website for missing tests. Order with randox instead, it's cheaper, they answer the phone.

Very efficient system. Being an oldie I needed a bit of help to upload and print result. However I did feel that help was available by email if I had got stuck.

I would strongly advise against using this for a PCR fit to fly test - only one of two results came back on time, and they just can’t guarantee that you’ll have your result within the window you need it. There’s also no number to call if you need help - Isabella was extremely helpful over email and really did all she could (hence an extra star), but there’s a limit to what you can achieve when you can’t speak to someone live. So ultimately, a lot of worrying, and a lot of time and expense spent on getting to the airport in time to take a test there. Shouldn’t really advertise a service that they can’t deliver on.

I ordered covid test as required to "test to fly' to go skiing in Italy. As I was flying early Sunday morning I decided I should do the test Saturday evening. To be done online following instructions. When I came to open the test strip I was to enter the barcode on it. But I was told that the barcode had already been used!! I couldnt go on further due to this and realised that I couldnt continue further with the test. I realised I couldnt complete the test and gathered I couldnt go on holiday without a negative test. There was no way of contacting 'Chronomics' only by email which would not be monitored before after the weekend. My friend was meeting me in Italy and would e.d up going on a ski holiday alone. It's disgusting that a computer error meant I was unable to go on my holiday through no fault of my own. I was so stressed. This method does not allow for error and no available help. Disgraceful!

Easy process of ordering and tests arrived in good time. Instructions on how to conduct the tests were clear and uploading the result was easy.
Good value for money, would use again.

Convenient to not have to go to a lab, but so HARD! The Website would NOT accept my Kit ID (exactly the same kit id worked on my phone, which was harder for me to do video with). To upload photo of results, I was told to go to chronomics.com, but that was not the place. I had to hunt for where to upload.
