Il s'agit essentiellement d'une fraude laissant croire qu'il s'agit d'une entreprise ayant pignon sur rue à Montréal depuis des décennies et à la veille de fermer. Impossible d'annuler votre commande à moins d'y mettre le texte suivant pour qu'enfin on approuve l'annulation de la vente et qu'on procède au remboursement. Chances sont qu'on vous fera croire que votre commande a été expédiée, mais remettez ce même courriel pour leur démontrer que votre requête est sérieuse:

I am writing to formally demand the immediate cancellation of my order (# de votre commande) and a full refund of the amount charged to my credit card.
I placed this order under the false impression that your business was located in Montreal, Canada. Your website deliberately misled me regarding your actual location and identity, which constitutes an omission of mandatory information under Section 54.4 of the Quebec Consumer Protection Act (LPC).
I requested a cancellation only a few minutes after the transaction. Your claim that the order has already been shipped is unacceptable and does not strip me of my legal right to cancel a distance contract under Canadian and Quebec laws.
Please be advised of the following:

Chargeback Process: If a full refund is not credited to my account within 15 days, I will immediately initiate a legal chargeback procedure through my credit card issuer under Section 54.14 of the Consumer Protection Act for misrepresentation and lack of mandatory pre-contractual information.
Package Delivery: If you fail to recall the package and it reaches my address, I will refuse the delivery. If it is dropped off, I will hold it at your disposal. I will not pay any return shipping fees to China, as this error and misrepresentation are entirely yours. You will need to provide a prepaid return label if you want the items back.

I expect a confirmation of my cancellation and a refund receipt within 48 hours.

Very poor quality and not as advertised at all. So disappointed as ads look so nice but clothes sure aren’t. Found sizing is way off, I normally wear a large bu ordered medium and they are huge. Not impressed at all and will never order again,

This place is a scam. They are in China and not Montreal. The clothes are cheap and made poorly. They say they have a money-back guarantee but they don't. It will cost you more than $100 to return by mail the below grade product to China. On top of that, once you sent it back, they only give you 20 - 30% of your money back. They are betting you will not return their junk and they don't have to give your money back.

Terrible place. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They also pretend they have a store in Toronto and Vancouver. They do NOT!

Pure junk, mislead that this was a Canadian Co out of Montreal. It is not, cheap products with impossible return policy, your cost to ship back to China with added duty$. They propose a 20% refund... so $25 back on a $125 purchase! Big SCAM!!!

I should have done my research prior to seeing the ad. I ordered 3 outfits after communicating with someone from the company via email to assist with sizing. The assurance was if anything does not fit, hassle free return. Well, this was definitely not the case. I started this process at the end of June and still have not received a refund for the 2 items I sent back. I re packaged the items the same day they were received however, when I emailed asking for return information I was bartered with for 5 emails before the return info. was provided. Finally, once provided I started the return in July, had to pay $109 to ship the items to some remote address in China - huh?! That was my first cue that this was a scam, Christine Montreal is in China?
To date they have the return and I lost $250.00. I keep emailing and they delay responses and just say the refund is in process.

RIP OFF! Probably the worst quality item I have ever received. Went right into the garbage. Cannot believe I did not check the reputation of this company beforehand. The item I received was NOTHING like what was represented in the add. A total waste of $69.96.

So Sorry I did not read the reviews prior to purchasing a product. Their ads are completely compelling and slick, but such a fake company and certainly not Canadian.
I suspected the scam when I noticed the similarity of the models in another ad for another Canadian company (Michael and Claire Vancouver). Also when I placed my order they had my credit card number readily available, unlike legit companies who do not keep your credit card numbers.
I should have been suspicious then.

I did receive the items I bought, but when I asked to go into the store and try another size for the dress I bought (of course, I thought they were in Montreal), and after a few exchanges with them, I understood that everything on the website is a lie. Christine Montréal is a fake name. This is an online store somewhere (probably China), definitely not in Montreal. Christine and Henry are fake names and the image is AI generated. They are not going out of business - note the message at the top that says the sale ends tonight (it doesn't change, every night is tonight). This is a new online business that invented a story and pretend to be a Canadian business.

Disgusting product, cheap and nasty bathing suit ….paid $60( so called half price) Probably worth $20 at most.

This is so totally ridiculous!! A Company claiming to be Canadian?? A total rip off. This is a scam! No trace of my order at all. The sale $220.00 charged to my card immediately. I should have been more aware. READ REVIEWS!!!!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS SITE!! Shame on you!

Just ordered something from this store… when the charge came through there was no sales tax on the item. That made me suspicious so I went to trustpilot to check the company and found these reviews. Shame on me for not checking first. Too late to cancel and looks like no chance of a refund. Note on the site it had several positive reviews on its site.

Horrible return policy. No reply on emails. Just ignorant!! I will not recommend any purchase from them. Customer service is very bad. No one is there when you need them.

Horrible!! FROM CHINA NOT CANADA.. despite trying and digging deep they falsely say they are Canadian. They 100% are not. We paid nearly $70 (on sale from $200) for what we thought was a quilted carrying bag. What we got was a plastic bag with a laser image on it. Now we are fighting for a refund they won't give... DO NOT SHOP HERE

Don’t be fooled by the Brand: Christine Montreal. The fabric is supposed to be cotton, but it’s really a “blend” of polyester. Ten percent cotton at the most. The only real cotton may be the thread. There’s no one named Christine, nor is it in Montreal. Not Canadian, in fact. The item will arrive with a return address in Ontario, but if you seek to return it, they will send an address in Zhejiang, China, or offer a 10% refund. It will cost you in postage as much as the refund is worth.

Avoid this site and brand.

I actually wrote a very positive review for their site after receiving my first bathing suit. It is very nice. I ordered a second, same style different print. Arrived but not the same style. So now I have done the research I should have done before. I feel duped and deceived. I’ve never liked buying any type of clothing online and won’t be doing so in the future. Very disappointed that people would go to such lengths, basically lie to people about what and who they are. Not a Canadian company. Nothing to do with Montreal or the people in the picture.

Ordered one swimsuit for $69. Its the worst quality. Shein would be better quality. Would not accept a return, and the back is no double lined making the bum see through! Complained and they sent another suit, and the back straps were completely different and worse! No pride in quality, product or customer service.

I ordered two dresses. The worst quality ever - can’t even say what the fabric is. It’s so poorly made. I’ve sent three emails trying to get a refund. No response. It’s been a week. There’s not even a phone number to talk to anyone about it. Pathetic scam. Stay away.

SCAM: Stock photos of Christine & Henri (not real people - A.I. generated or stock photos). Photos of clothing not real. Actual merchandise is so poor quality and the only way to send back is to PAY for shipping back to CHINA which will cost MORE than the product. I called the shipping company, refused delivery and formally put in a dispute with my credit card.

Temu quality at boutique prices. A drop shipper based out of Hong Kong, not a boutique in Montreal. I ordered shoes, tops and a swimsuit. All garbage.
