No communication. Never tell if your book is selling nor send you any money from sales. Very untrustworthy company.

I paid $10,000 to edit and re-launch my book. They promised that it would be done in 6 to 8 months and it took them 15 months to release my book and over 2 years for the marketing program. I did not sell any books through their program. I am a Christian and this organization should not bear the title of Christian. It was a very very bad experience, communication was horrific, and the results were even worse. They shared with me that I sold a certain amount of books, but these were the books that I purchased myself to sell locally.
My book was made into a play Andrew over 70 people in the theater to watch the play, I sold my book locally out of my trunk and I did so much better than the $10,000 investment that I invested into Christian Faith Publishing. A total ripoff and disappointment.
My book was a good product. I received many many wonderful reviews locally and someone is even now working on my book to make it a film.

This is a hybrid publisher that will not create a schedule for working on your project, so it is impossible to schedule promotional work or a release date that can be depended on. Their communication is constantly lacking and vague in terms of when to expect. There is no ability to problem solve within their plan, once you commit to their process it is like a manufacturing process that needs to complete things on their terms and their timeline, which is always about two to four week later. You need to be very careful about their work to make sure that they do what they are expected with high quality.

I paid 5K for publishing my Book !!!
I didn't make a dollar with sell, after two years they removed my book from the shelves. They asking now to renew contract $$ so me paying them even more money ?!

* They're Not Worth a 1/4 of what they asked. Seriously my wife and I all our other Books will publish elsewhere for sure !!

Review of Christian Faith Publishing

This has been a long time coming — perhaps because, for a while, I was embarrassed. In early 2023, I fell ill shortly after signing with Christian Faith Publishing. By the time I recovered and was able to proceed, it was too late to back out. I was told I had missed the window, and in my weakness and poor judgment, I signed a release form — losing everything in the process.

Any company that uses the word Christian in its name should be above reproach. Sadly, this one reminded me more of the religious Pharisees Jesus often spoke against — those who honored God with their lips but whose actions told another story. Germany has two political parties with Christian in their titles, but that alone does not make them Christian. The same principle applies here.

Since that time, I have written four books — I Don’t Want To Go To Heaven, The Lie, and two novels in my “Hill” series (The Hill: The Journey Began and The Hill: Seasons of the Heart). Two more books in a the series are awaiting publication, and seven children’s books are currently in progress. A beautiful website.

There are many publishing companies that stand behind their authors with genuine care and guarantees of satisfaction. I encourage you to seek out those who live up to their word. A company that calls itself Christian should reflect the character of Christ — trustworthy, honorable, and guided by truth.

For that reason, I can only give Christian Faith Publishing one star — and even that feels generous. Every business needs to make a profit, but integrity should always come first. Those who trade on the name of Christ while failing to reflect His values will one day give an account.

Christian Life Publishing is a total scammer organisation. The address provided for Christian Life Publishing LLC, 55 W 14th St STE 101, Helena, MT 59601, appears to be a shared business hub hosting multiple unrelated companies, including LLCs like Loving Life, LLC, SEJ Holdings, LLC, and PURE AVIATION LLC, as well as real estate services like Windermere Helena. This raises doubts about the company’s operational base and its capacity to deliver the specialised promotion my book requires. Additionally, their request for a payment screenshot is highly unusual and inconsistent with standard practices in first-world countries. This method is more commonly associated with regions such as India or Bangladesh, further casting suspicion on your location and legitimacy. The banking details referencing Wise at Rue du Trône 100, 3rd floor, Brussels, 1050, Belgium, also seem inconsistent with your stated U.S. address, adding to my concerns about whether they are operating from the location you claim.

My experience with Christian faith publishing was horrible. I sent them my novella that I was working on and they made all sorts of promises and bragged about how good they were.
I signed up with them and started paying them my monthly fee, and all I got in return was non responsiveness, except to say that they would fix it, which they never did, and then completely incompetent edits. I should’ve used test pilot before ever talking to them, but I was naïve. More disturbing than the non-responsiveness to my requests was their complete incompetence in editing. To give you my bona fides, I must tell you that I have a masters degree in education, went to a name, college, Rutgers, and I am completely competent with the English language. They took my completely competent grammar and formatting and destroyed it. I will give you one example, I gave them a chapter list with names of nine chapters. They sent me back a so-called “final edit“ of my novella which consisted of 86 chapters or one per page. The chapters were alternating my name and the title of the book. Frustratingly incompetent. Quite frankly, I don’t understand how they managed to get a two point something on trust pilot! A cherry on top is that they stopped a line in mid-sentence, put in one of their dopey, incorrect chapter headlines, and then started up the sentence again as a new chapter! Also, they continued the sentence after the new chapter heading with a different font and a much smaller size. THEN, not only that, they insisted that I pay the rest of what they felt I owe them after having been completely unable to deliver what they promised to deliver the manuscript for which I was paying them. They are now threatening to send my account to collections in order to punish me by ruining my credit. That will not work.

I am meeting with my lawyer on Friday of this next week to discuss various courses of action ranging from a countersuit and a possible class action.

I will amend this review after coming to a decision about what actions my lawyer advises me to take.

Right now, I am boiling with anger and that anger may have spilled over into the quality of the writing in this review. I am just too angry to spend time on editing this. My best to you all.

Several years ago, I paid them $100 to publish my Christian book (I prefer to remain anonymous). After a week, I didn't hear from them. I called and was told that I should split the 52 chapters of my 104 page book into 1 book per chapter. I said no one buys 52 volumes. Then, I was told to pay $400 to get more advice. I declined. No refund. Lost $100. I ended up self-publishing with the help of Amazon.

I publish a book at Christian Faith Publishing there were section missing they sent me to another publisher because mine went to have her baby the guy they put in her place refuse my calls because I didn't enter into a Christmas book deal for the money I paid I got no where with them the places they told me my book would be at never heard of me I sold my own books for 17.95 after 6 month and didn't hear from them they transfered me to another person who gave me a email they never answer I can't think of nothing nice to say so I said nothing so I wrote a second book It's a mind game life the other side because there not much trust for me with them I'm going somewhere else I think they could be more professional and show more that they show to their authors my book have missing lines chapters missing just need some touching up with their people skills

I submitted a 130 page manuscript for a little romance story. They promised to proofread, edit, and make it perfect. It took them weeks, and they gave me back the manuscript with some tenses corrected and a few typos fixed. They then gave me three chances to read it through myself, proofread it myself, and edit it myself. Basically, they told me to do what I paid them to do. When it finally went to print and I got my free copies, I found no less than 18 mistakes. A few typos, a few character misidentification, and even a quotation mark in the middle of a sentence. I brought this to their attention, and the said they did it a Chicago way and charged me I think $125.00 to fix the mistakes that they were supposed to have found and corrected in the first place. I got the manuscript back, and there is still one misplaced punctuation mark, which I will not pay them again to fix what I paid them to fix to begin with. It got released weeks ago, and it's on Kindle format on Amazon and you can order the paperback on Barnes and Noble and a couple others places, but not yet on Amazon for the paperback. I brought this to their attention and haven't received a reply. I'm also yet to see any of the promoting they promised to do. Best part is, when I said I wanted to bring these issues to their president, they told me that she doesn't lower herself to actually speak with the clients who hired her company to publish a book. Awful company to work with, especially for the amount they charge. Not recommended in the least.

Christian Faith Publishing (CFP) did a terrible job proofreading and copy editing my book. Rather than fix mistakes, CFP generated errors, ignored or rejected my change requests, and did not complete basic proofreading and copy edit functions. As an example, CFP unblocked several quotes. Had I not found them and submitted a request that they be “re-blocked” in accordance with the original manuscript, I could have been liable for plagiarism. Additionally, CFP misspelled “US” in CFP Versions 1-4 and it is still not correct in CFP Version 5. The list goes on and on. Finally, I said, "Enough is enough!” and I am having the manuscript copy edited by professionals. My suggestion: Beware
