Your website needs a lot of work. I’m looking for a monopod that shows in your ads but can’t be found on your site. You provide a few parts but if I’d like to switch triggers you offer no choices or links to choices. You have great firearms, now offer support for them.

Great job shipping items, had to call to get gift card that I signed up for on your site and signed up for antelope hunt , one of the offers that came when I bought rifle, not sure if that went through either. Customers sales rep said yall are having issues with website so I'm sure I got snaked out of that deal too

Great Rifle I am 71 years old wanted a light rifle bought the Ridgeline Scout Rifle in 223. I absolutely love it. Shoots like a heavy barreled rifle but I can carry it all day.I definitely recommend this rifle.

Gun is amazing but getting the $300 rebate was a pain. I sent in the required paperwork as instructed and it took 3 additional emails and 45 days to get the gift card code. It was blamed on one person doing all the gift card processing. Not the best customer service, you guys can do better.

I ordered a Christensen Arms cap for my husband and he loves it. He just got a Christensen Arms 450 Mesa gun and can’t wait for deer hunting. Customer service is great.

received items i ordered however i was charged $12 for shipping less than 1/2 pound of merchandise that i thought was coming Priority Mail only to receive the package snail mail first class. really disappointed in this and will probably keep em from ordering anything else from Christenson Arms.

Received defective products twice. I got the tactical scope rings for my new MPR the first time the cross bolt for the pic rail broke off before reaching 20 inch pounds. This time I took my mpr and scope to a local gun smith to mount the two and take myself out of the equation. The same exact thing happened to him, the cross bolt broke in two before reaching 30 inch pounds and the bolt on the second ring was bent. Finally threw on Vortex rings and the pic rail on top of my mpr came unscrewed after 20 rounds at the range, I saved up and bought this gun for deer and elk hunting but now don't have confidents in it since each time I tried to use it, its has been a waste of time and money. Warne who makes the rings has been way more friendly and helpful to deal with.

Christensen Arms is a great company! The precision of their products is top notch. I ordered a muzzle break and received it in a timely manner. I also have their hunting rifle which is a great firearm. I am very pleased.

Amazing Customer service!! I ran into a concern after purchasing my MPR so I sent an email thinking it would be days and days to receive a response if any like I have ran into with several companies even with standard questions. I received a response within 24 hours pointing me in the right direction with full contact information of all individuals that could assist me.
Needless to say I was and am impressed as all questions and concerns were resolved quickly.
I am also impressed with my MPR build quality and accuracy. Christensen Arms wasn't well known to me. I won't hesitate recommending them to friends or anyone in the market. Whenever I look to upgrade or replace this rifle, Christensen will definitely be on the very top of my list.
