Bad UI/UX, machine was out of stock...
Awful experience from the vending machine in Springfield VA. The display has a glossy, reflective surface (glare) and isn't high resolution enough to read easily; the display area is too low and completely vertical, so I had to bend over to read it. Browsing is linear and requires a lot of finger swiping. Who knows who has touched that surface? Yuck. The UI/UX needs a lot of work. Too impersonal too. No thanks. Walked away. Won't go back.

Shipment delays
While there is no live customer service, email response was satisfactory. Issue of delivery date at time of order is still a concern; however in all other aspects, they deliver the product at a reasonable price. Just order with plenty of time.

What made Vliso a great experience was…
What made Vliso a great experience was its living up to expectations. For the most part, I like to be thorough when shopping for wellness. And it can kinda get too much when I have to scan everywhere for the littlest piece of info.
However, their AI functions allowed me to directly obtain what I wanted to know by just chatting on the product page. Straight to the point, useful and direct.
