I am disgusted with the level of customer service i have experienced recently from this company, i have been a customer for a couple of years and own loads of products from Chosen Few but this is awful

I ordered during black friday sale, 3 items. Which firstly took a while to come and then when it did come one of my items was missing, which was the most expensive item. I’ve sent email after email and initially got a response but now i haven’t heard anything for 2 weeks. For the items i did receive they smelt like some weird burning chemical and the quality is not the same as my previous products. I see i’m not the only person with these issues so i have no clue as to why this is happening.

I wanted to be fair and give them the benefit of the doubt but as it’s been over a month since my order was placed and over 2 weeks since i received my order i feel like its fair to warn others what to possibly expect.

Don’t even know where to start with the review, my order was placed on the 28th November which was placed on next day delivery, however when it didn’t arrived I emailed asking where my order was. To then receive a reply back staying the website stated all orders will be shipped by the 10th so waited it out, still nothing, yet again another email, to a reply of it will be shipped latest end of the week. Fast forward to the 31st order finally came. But only the hoodie no joggers with this delivery yet I was told it will all be shipped!! Opened it up and the quality of the hoodie looks like a Chinese 2 pound special compared to the 3 other ones I’ve had from this company before. Certainly lost a customer after all of this

I placed an order on the 29th November . I waited three weeks for this to arrive. I had to email 3 times to find out if the parcel had been dispatched and was given multiple excuses and different delivery dates . I finally receive the parcel a few days before Christmas and was appalled at the quality of the clothes . Both items were extremely bobbled and looked already worn . I have since sent another email of complaint and have still not heard anything from the company . Will not be wasting my money on these clothes again .

Having missed out on previous designs I ensured I got the next colorway of t shirt that came up. That was ordered in the 29th of November...after 2 email responses from support promising for the items to be delivered...now there's radio silence.
What makes it worse is receiving an from
acatchosenfewathletics.co.uk asking for how my experience has been, only for a reply back/auto response where i get an error message to say my email can't be delivered.
In the last few weeks I've used other sites selling gym clothing who have been fantastic but ChosenFew haven't come close to these alternate sellers (GS and VF).
How can a company in this day and age treat customers like this???

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - CFW TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT DISPATCH THE GOODS. WHEN YOU TRY LIAISE VIA EMAIL … THEY IGNORE YOU

Ordered as Black Friday deal still no delivery had a few emails as was chasing this order now they are just ignoring all emails lost out on money this is a Christmas present for my son so I’ve lost my money and he has no present, email is from a guy called Bradley who has promised order will dispatched many times I’m still waiting avoid this company

ORDER #8491037 - Ordered all the way back in late November. Been promised delivery was to be sent about four different times by the end of that day. Still no tracking updates. Now ignoring my emails and communications. So I parted way with my money and have received no product? Shocking shocking service and no information. Would at least have thought my money would be refunded or offered compensation for the late item by over a month now.

My son ordered items end of November, these are Christmas presents. No sign of them arriving. We’ve emailed to enquire and when they do answer an email they blame Evri delivery which is absolutely unacceptable and a total lie!
It’s the 23rd December in two days ! Safe to say my son won’t have anything to open on Christmas morning.

Order recieved late which is forgivable due to Black Friday. However, order has now arrived with 2 items missing and no invoice inside the bag so I cant make a refund.
I’ve emailed and now they have gone radio silent.
All products will be going back is quality is truly horrendous, some of the worst quality hoodies I’ve seen.
Really gutted as I spent 3 weeks so excited to receive these

Ordered stuff on Black Friday, over 2 weeks later nothing has turned up and the shipping/delivery dates keep changing. Timeline:

1) Email on 2nd December stating that items were gonna be delivered on the 10th December

2) Email on the 13th saying that they have shipping issues and items will be shipped within 24-48hrs to be delivered "first part of next week"

3) Email on the 16th December, saying items to be shipped within 24-48 hours

Stop spouting nonsense on socials and fulfil orders for customers who've parted with their hard earned money.

Shocking and appalling customer experience

I've finally got my items, and I can honestly say the quality is absolutely shocking.

The t shirts are not 220gsm cotton, and the joggers are worse than primark quality. They arrived bobbled.

Avoid this brand, the quality is shocking

As of 16th Dec items still not delivered!
I don’t normally write reviews, but feel I have to make people aware this time. I placed an order on 29th Nov . As of 13th Dec still not dispatch although the company states that Black Friday orders will be delivered by 10th Dec. Customer service is none existent. Numerous emails with no response. No phone number to call to resolve the issue.
Looking at the other reviews looks like I’m not the only one and company always blaming supply chain or delivery companies!

Great service, amazing brand

It's sad to give this company a one star review as the quality of clothes is excellent. They have had no new stock in XXXL of hoodies or t-shirts since September. I have a voucher that's from a refund on sale items. I'm not able to use it. They are basically holding my money without releasing any new items. I've been in contact with customer services and they lie about when they are releasing new items.

Update- new items released near black Friday. Every item sold out within 2 hours. When I managed to look on the site it was too late. Still no refund and now I'm being ignored by customer service.

I placed an order which said it would be next day delivery. From the tracking information it says it been delivered but no picture of where it was left and no parcel was received. Have sent 6 emails and 2 instagram messages in the last week for no one to still have replied to me. This is the worst customer service I have ever received even an email back to say they were looking into it would be good but have just been totally ignored!

Avoid at all costs - money taken with no product delivered.
Ordered a t shirt and a hoodie at the start of August, one of the items was pre order and stated to be posted 12.08.24. No postage details came through but received an email asking for my feedback on products I hadn’t even received ?? so chased through Instagram message and their customer service is as about a useful as a chocolate teapot.
Promise there has been a delay with supplier and will come then another week goes by and nothing, no notification by email I just had to continue to message. Left on read and had to chase and continuous empty promises.
29th august let me know they would post the non pre order item out and send the rest when ready as I had stated these were for my partners birthday 31.07.2024.
Nearly a week later still nothing and then they blame it on lost in postage and send a refund and that’s it.
Had products from here as a present before and me and my partner love the clothes but this HORRENDOUS customer service and lack of care means we will not be back

Ordered an item, it was marked as dispatched then 2 days later chosen few emailed me saying it was out of stock

Amazing fit amazing quality never fault to delivery on how good the clothes are

Quality of products is fantastic and the support team are extremely fast to reply and very helpful! Would highly recommend!

Customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Bought a shirt and it came 3 sizes too big, said they would give me a refund and a 15% discount code.
Discount code didn’t work and I never got my refund, emailed 3 times and messaged twice via Instagram and still had no reply.
If you have any problems these are no help.

Order hasn’t arrived 2 months after ordering. It was a pre order so I was told 2 weeks then after a month was told it will come next week then after 6 weeks it will come within 24 hours. Would never order from them again.
