Yamaha Warranty
In March of this year I purchased a Yamaha Tenere for my 60th birthday, the bike was a year old with two years manufactures warranty. I have noticed that the spokes on the wheels were corroding. I took it to my local dealer, there first reply was have you contacted Yamaha uk, I replied no, he took pictures and sent them off to Yamaha never had no response so I contacted Yamaha uk, which was in June.
There reply was have I been to my local dealer, I have contacted Yamaha uk twice now and have had no response.
At the time the bike only had 1100 miles on the clock.

Great service from Greg. New bike delivered as promised on time and a good price - all done remotely.

Always kept in the loop
Always kept in the loop as to prices and bike order.
Px value fair and new bike price was cheapest around I normally buy locally but felt the saving worth the trip.
All in all a good experience and will be returning when PCP up or fancy a swap.

I was in the market for a Tenere 700
I was in the market for a Tenere 700. Chorley had one in stock with off road tyres, a centre stand, factory grips and a bit cheaper than without any extras. So I gave a deposit, a week later arrived by train with a helmet, some money in the bank and an insurance certificate. Then I rode home with a nice new Yamaha. I am happy!

Seamless Experience, Friendly Staff
I never thought I would buy a motorcycle online over 200 miles away, without even viewing it in person! This is a testament to the team at Chorley Yamaha. Through their clear communication and speedy response time (Greg in particular), as well as answering any questions I had and providing specific photos of the bike when I asked, I am now awaiting delivery of my new motorcycle within the space of a few days.
