Firstly, I would like to thank you for all your help and guidance in choosing the carpet and Karndean flooring for our stairs and landing. Clive, I admire your patience.

Secondly, your team of installers have been absolutely amazing. I have literally made them a cup of tea each morning and just left them to it, they knew exactly what needed to be done and got on with it. The results are fantastic and have surpassed our expectations, we are absolutely delighted.

Choice carpets were friendly, professional and did a great job. They were clean and tidy and did what they said they would do, when they said they were going to do it. I would happily use Choice carpets for any curtains or blinds needed. Highly recommend.

Choice Carpets are a family firm and not one of the retail park chains and it shows from start to finish. We have used them on three occasions and our experience has been the same each time, friendly and knowledgeable staff, no sales pressure and a job well done. From the initial site visit to measure up to the final vacuuming and removing the offcuts and packaging (YES they don`t leave you to clear away , they do it) your home is respected. We have used Choice Carpets over the last 10 years for all of our blinds. We recently upgraded to remote control blinds and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. The choice of materials is vast and order time and fitting were both very swift. When we have had issues with any of the blinds in the past they have always sent somebody round the next day to fix the issue. It is also nice in this day and age to deal with a smaller company that manages to retain all of its staff on a long term basis. Names and faces haven’t changed in the 10 years we have been using them which is a sign of a happy and satisfied workforce.
