CHITHRAM TV made our home feel as if we are back in our home country. Really getting in touch with all the channels, especially new movies. We are now enjoying our home theater and our privacy. Customer Friendly

The subscription process is basic and relatively simple. One of the main highlights is the ability to record and playback, and the movie category is up to date. Overall, it is user-friendly, with excellent customer service. Among other services, I would rate excellent 😀

Decent tv streaming provider

Have been using Chitram for more than 14months now, very good selection of channels and movies.Decent app interface,which does the job most of the times.Would be great if app experience can be improved.

Not at all recommended

Not at all recommended. It keep freezing while watching movies and channels. Feel like watching movies in a cd player with scratched disc. Customer support never accept the service issue. They keep complain about internet provider and distance to modem. I recommend to few of my friends after seeing the movie collections. Now I stopped all promotions as I learned enough bad words 😔. One star is only for the prompt delivery. I strongly believe the box was used by someone else in the past as the search history was not cleaned.

Value for money

I have been using this service for more more than two years now. Its a great value to money, I watch movies and TV programmes and the customer service is also good.

Worst ever customer service

Worst ever customer service. The URL I have gone through is chitramtv.co.uk . This appears first in the google search engine.
We have ordered the chitram tv two weeks back and we are still chasing for the package. Paid £131 for a Promised delivery of one week. After two weeks, we requested for refund. They refused to give the refund. I am contacting the trading standard. They immediately replied saying “you can do whatever you want”. They also texted that “I am waiting” in actor Vijay Tamil movie style. It was a disgusting experience. I am building a case with all the information I have. Need to be careful while we order online. The phone number it shows on the website and the WhatsApp business account.
