I was initially very cautious with Chinese Sourcing Agents simply due to i don't normally take any business that cold outreach through emails. Simply for being worried about getting scammed.

Stuart reached out a few times and i didn't wb but one email I saw some products i liked. Ordered a very small order maybe 2k to test and actually everything arrived on spec.

Chinese Sourcing Agents were absolutely fantastic in helping me launch my online business. From day one, they guided me through the entire process – sourcing high-quality products in China, arranging all necessary testing, and managing shipping back to the UK.

Communication was clear and professional throughout, and they were always quick to respond to any questions I had. What really impressed me was their attention to detail and reliability; everything arrived on time and exactly as promised.

Much cheaper than any where else I could find online! Delivery takes a while but if you’re willing to wait its no issue. Stuart was extremely helpful when it came to replacing a few bits when needed.

Things like the Skis and Rowers resistance profiles aren’t quite the same as the Concept 2’s but you get what you pay for and they work just as well if you’re not overly bothered about that.

Apart from that everything was spot on.

When sourcing in China, I would always use CSA, due to their reliability and trustworthiness, over the years we’ve built up a great working relationship.

We are very happy with the trellising that we received. Every part of it was high quality. We have now installed the trellising and can happily say that there were no issues with the posts going in the ground apart from when we hit large flint and didn’t have the post protector attached. The ground anchors are large and more than capable of straining the end posts. We would happily purchase posts again from Stuart at Chinese Sourcing Agents.
